Reasonable price, but bring your own supplies

The flat was as advertised. The location was very convenient to multiple tube stations and you can walk to the Marble Arch in about 20 min. We slept 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers), but once the beds are made out, you cannot exit the bedroom without climbing over a bed. LIkewise, those sleeping in the main room cannot access the bathroom without climbing over a bed. No toilet paper was provided and there were clear instructions to wash up your dishes before departure, but no washing up soap was provided, so these items all need to be brought with you or purchased. One window would not latch and stay shut. The security deposit was refunded in a very timely manner. This would have been much more comfortable for 2-3 persons, but was really cramped for 5 adult sized persons.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

The apartment was wonderfully situated. Being between Hyde park and Regent park made our stay that much better. Although the apartment is small it was perfect for our family. The apartment is on the third floor however since we do not have mobility issue this was not a problem. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Thank you Simon you responded promptly to all my queries.

A really nice stay.

We arrived in London a little early, so Simon wasn't able to meet us, but the cleaning lady was able to let us in. Everything was exactly as pictured in the posting. The flat was neat and tidy and had enough room for our family of four ( I know it says it sleeps 6 but that would seem crowded go me). The kitchen was good and we did a lot of cooking during our stay. We had a little difficulty with the hand shower for the first day, but we figured out the rainfall shower on the second day and just used that the rest of our stay. The bed's were very good and my kids thought the pull out couch's were great. The location was great for access to the tube and for walking to many attractions. There were a number of grocery stores in the area and lots of restaurants. I would definitely stay again if my family was in London again.

Great location, comfortable stay

The flat is close to Edgeware Road and Marylebone Road, so it is close to tube stations and bus stops. It's walking distance to Hyde Park, Oxford Street etc, but we usually just caught the bus or tube to the attractions we wanted to visit.

We felt very safe in the area, there is a supermarket around the corner (Waitrose) and a Tesco a bit further down Edgeware Rd. It's a 1 bedroom flat and we were a family of 6 (4 children) but it was very comfortable and never felt cramped at all. The sleeper couches are very comfortable (surprisingly) and the flat is well equipped. It was rather a sweat lugging the bags up to the 3rd floor, but thankfully you don't do that every day.

The flat was clean and very well maintained, and we had a wonderful time in London, based there. If we ever stay in London again this will be the first place I will contact to see if we can stay there again.
