This large 3 bedroom penthouse is directly located 200m from St Julian’s seafront and adjacent to the Portomaso Marina & Hilton complex. The apartment is on a quiet residential street but Paceville, the nightlife area, is just a 5 minute walk away.

Apartment specifications

Front terrace 15 sq m with gas BBQ and patio furniture, back terrace 8 sq m with outdoor chairs too. Internal area is about 90 sq m. 4th floor with lift, 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with single beds, bath room, shower room, sleeps 2-8 persons.

20 steps at entrance leading up to the elevator

Facilities:

Fast and unlimited Wi-Fi internet, 2 x digital TV with some Italian and English channels (upgradable)

Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 hobs, fridge freezer, etc.

Hair dryer, iron and ironing board and washing machine.

Cots, highchairs, DVD player and coffee machine are available on request.

Fans are provided in each room. A big gas heater is also provided in winter.

Air conditioning is provided in 2 bedrooms.

Towels and bed sheets are provided.

Everything was great. We did get another apartment than the one listed, but it was even better since it had a balcony with a great view & BBQ. The hosts were very helpful and reacted immediately when we asked something, even brought an extra bed when we asked. Super friendly welcome! The apartment was very close to bus stations and nightlife, but still in a really quiet area. I'd definitely stay there again. The only downside was that there was no coffee maker in the kitchen and also no salt-pepper-sugar -> we had to buy everything. Usually there's at least basic stuff in Airbnb apartments. But it wasn't a big problem, of course. Evelii Soo

Very complete centrally location apartment for 8

We went to Malta with 8 friends to go on a 9 day holiday. The apartment was in a good condition and there was room for 8 persons. It had a nice balcony with a barbecue which we really recommend to use. Also everything was available in the apartment. The location was also very good. Only a few minutes walk to restaurants, bus stops to practically everywhere, a supermarket and off course barstreet. Also the woman that was our contact person was very helpful and arranged us some extra keys and helped us book a fantastic boattrip. The only remark we wanted to make is that the division of beds in the rooms is not that practical when having couples in the group, because this was 3-3-2. Also the balcony could only be entered via a bedroom which is difficult when other people are still asleep and in daytime the balcony was very hot, but this could be due to the nice hot weather in Malta in the summer. Overall we had a great holiday and would recommend this apartment to everybody looking for a nice place to stay in st. juliens.

Excellent Location and place!!

The place was perfect on all aspects. We had anything which we needed at our disposal and everything was found clean and in perfect order. Would certainly re-visit!!

Accueillant, pratique et bien situé.

Pour passer de bonnes vacances, il faut : soleil, mer, chaleur. Malte a tout ça. Il faut aussi : un appartement propre et lumineux, des lits confortables, une cuisine bien équipée, des salles de bains fonctionnelles et aérées, de l'espace pour chacun (7 personnes à l'aise). Cet appartement a TOUT ça !!! Le propriétaire est disponible. Nous avons eu toutes les infos dès notre arrivée. Les transports en commun sont tout proches. La petite rue est calme. Et je n'oublie pas la sublime terrasse, on voit la baie, au soleil du matin au soir, idéale au printemps.

Je recommande cet appartement.

St Juliens holiday.

Arrived in the evening, was met outside the apartment by Lisa, representing the owner,who could nt have been more helpful and we were installed in the apartment in no time. The apartment is spacious, well equiped and comfortable with more than enough accommodation for a family of five. The location is just off the main road into St Juliens and so is conveniently situated for all the attractions of the town.

The balcony with gas barbeque was very useful and provides an excellent sun bathing platform in sunny weather.

All in all I could not fault the property or the arrangements.

A very nice penthouse

We enjoyed our stay (10 days) in Malta and we greatly appreciated the accomodation in Sea Spray Penthouse. The appartment is spacious, very confortable, nice, clear and clean. No item or equipment is missing so that the daily life is easy. It is located in a quiet street and close to every facility (at 5 min walking: food shop, supermarket, attractive restaurants, bus stop with a number of lines toward Valetta, the airport and other areas of the island). Furthermore we found the Spinola bay delightful. The description provided by the manager is quite accurate and informative. I would recommend this accomodation to our friends and we are sure to let the same flat again when coming back to Malta. The manager Neville Galea is very kind and answered us quickly to any request.

Fantastic terasse

We had a great time at Malta, and we love the apartment, and it's the second time we used it.

It's not the last time we are going to use "our" apartment;-)

Every thing was fine, and we were glad you took good care of us, and arranged another place for us, when the toilet wasn't working. And the toilet was fixed in just one day.

St Julians is also full of life all year round. Here you will find bars, restaurants, nightclubs (Paceville-Maltas best nightlife area is just 600m away from this penthouse), Alfresco restaurants, variety of international restaurants, etc. The closest sandy beach is St Georges Bay and it is only 10 min on foot away. The best sandy beaches are 20-30 minutes by bus away. The big supermarkets are just round the corner while the a little mini market in the same street (less than 30m away) makes it so convenient to get all the daily needs with no stress!

By Bus: 1 hour from the airport (no. X2)

By Taxi: 20 minutes

Main buses from here to Valletta, Mdina, main beaches, Gozo and Comino.

At the entrance of the building there are 20 steps. Then one finds an elevator that goes up to the 3 floors. To reach a penthouse another 20 steps need to be climbed. Thus this penthouse is not suitable for who finds it difficult to climb 20 steps at a go. Water and electricity consumption are not included in the price. The bill will be about euro 2 per person per day. It is metered, so guests only pay for what they consume.
