Penthouse 2 bedrooms (5 maximum) near the beach. Palma center. Wifi

Cozy apartment on the 3rd floor with terrace table and 4 chairs + 2 loungers. No elevator. Kitchen open to the dining room. 2 double bedrooms (4 people), you can add an extra bed for a 5th person paying an extra in one of the bedrooms. Cozy living room with sofa and 2 armchairs, satellite TV. Air conditioning (hot / cold) in the living room that heats the whole apartment. open to the living room with microwave, coffee maker, blender, etc. Bathroom with bath. Washing machine. Beach Kit: beach towels and parasol. Baby cot free. Free Wifi. The terrace is very nice all day, after a day at the beach or walking around town is grateful to rest outdoors, and chill out or during the day sunbathing on the terrace.

300mts quiet with market and supermarkets nearby (Mercadona, Carrefour) and very convenient to visit the city on foot neighborhood. 1km of sandy beaches: Can Pere Antoni and El Molinar. A 10 minute walk from the city center (pedestrian zone). A 5 minute walk from the shops, old town and bus station and trains to the island.

No smoking inside the house. Near golf courses. Tourism City. Romantic getaway. Family holiday. Special price in winter for 1-2 people. PETS ACCEPTED

It is a very cozy apartment and a pleasure to dine on the terrace. Popular neighborhood with bars, restaurants, market ... and close to the historic center ((7 min walk)

Lovely terrace

Spent happy evenings on the terrace. Apartment comfortably furnished with good aircon in main room. Wifi was also good. Area is ok but only 10 minute walk to historic area. Car park was 5 minute walk from apartment and took a little navigating to get car into space but we managed. Sera always answered emails very quickly and with good advice. We had a little problem with shower which was cleared up within hours. Overall highly recommended.

Hemos pasado unos dias muy agradables en Home & Terrace. Buen servicio, puntual, todo segun lo acordado, comodoy cerca del centro.

Sera ha sido de gran ayuda y muy paciencte con todas nuestras preguntas. Todo justo como esperabamos. Un lujo de terraza!

We spent a few awesome days at Home & Terrace this past summer. I traveled with my wife a little kids. The apartment ins conveniently located, clean and functional. Sera is an awesome host, she will work with you on any issues you may face. We totally recommend it. Awesome terrace!

short holiday stay

I came to visit the manager Sera in November 2013 to look at the holiday apartments she manages and pay a deposit for future use. I eventually made a 4 night booking for May this year,

Sera is great at running these places, very attentive to detail and making sure the customers are given details of places to visit, how to travel- car hire. bike hire etc and any other wish she tries to help out.

The Home&Terrace apartment is well furnished with all equipment available and the terrace gets a lot of sun during the day but then is nicely cool in the evening.

I will definitely be coming again perhaps later this year.

Explore Palma from here

Home & Terrace is a cozy, tastefully furnished top floor apartment with a spacious terrace and fully equipped kitchen in a quiet residential area.

Plenty of Supermarkets, Restaurants (mostly closed in March though), Shops in the vicinity.

Palma's beautiful historic centre is in walking distance (15-20 Min.), but you can take a bus as well.

Sera is a very helpful host full of invaluable tips for exploring the island or having a decent meal for a reasonable price.

The only downside is the garage which is not in the same building but a few blocks away.

Since the apartement is only accessible via a steep staircase it may not be suitable for elderly or disabled persons.

spring before springtime...

  We spent a few days in Palma enjoying the city

and the flat. Home&Terrace has good atmosphere,

we felt as at home. The best: the terrace! we could

have breakfast and lunch on with sun..I'd like to

recommend for all people that want to be near the

centre but in a peaceful & calm part of Palma.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles war sehr sauber und durchdacht eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts!

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die super schöne Dachterrasse. Besonderen Dank an Sera für die nette Kommunikation und die gute Vorbereitung.

Wir hatten, auch Dank der Wohnung, einen tollen Urlaub in Palma.
