Cote Safranier provides our guests an opportunity to experience living in a charming Provencal village in the Safranier community of Vieil Antibes.
Although Cote Safranier is located on a quiet pedestrian-only cobbled-stone street, we a short stroll away from Antibes' famous Provençal market, azure-blue beaches, shops and restaurants in and around Antibes. No driving necessary to enjoy all the activities the area has to offer.
We have recently completed a careful renovation and have added modern amenities while maintaining the feel of historic Antibes by utilizing traditional craftsmen and local materials. Accessed through large French windows by the kitchen, Cote Safranier also has a balcony with a table for guests to enjoy an aperitif or meal in the open air.

Antibes-rental.com chose to focus on the historic village of Antibes for our holiday rental properties as the town has maintained its historic character with charming cobbled-stone streets. Antibes also has beautiful beaches, a famous Provencal farmers market, and fantastic restaurants and cafes. The village is conveniently located 20 minutes from Nice International Airport (Cote d'Azur Airport) and has convenient train access to points throughout the region. Guests do not need a car to enjoy an amazing holiday.
We were lucky enough to discover Cote Safranier on line and our experience was really fantastic. My 17 year old daughter and I wanted to enjoy some sun and sea but also to enjoy the French way of life and particularly to enjoy buying local produce and to cook at home so we were looking for an apartment with a kitchen. The one we found was in the old quarter of Antibes, two minutes walk from a boulangerie and market and very close to the Picasso Museum and Cathedral. We were contacted by the owners who kept us informed re travel, security, local services, good restaurants, best beaches, markets and taxis. A lady representing them welcomed us and was on hand if we needed her - in fact everything in the flat was so good (and clean) we didn't! It was a week of relaxation and fun in a very attractive and cosmopolitan town. We would definiteIy return there.
This apartment was a perfect way to explore Antibes and the French Riviera. It is completely modern and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The location is perfectly suited for walking through the town, to the beach or port or visiting the local museums. You will enjoy relaxing on the the balcony after a day of exploration!!
The rental process was seamless with any questions answered in a timely manner. Tom and Paul provided us with excellent recommendations designed to enhance our stay. Our only regret was our limited time in the area! We wanted to stay longer!!

We were thrilled with this immaculate, well-appointed, charming apartment in Old Town Antibes, France. Perfect location to access this beautiful area of the coast. This apartment had everything we needed -- a well-stocked kitchen, a lovely goodie basket upon arrival, excellent beds and linens, music, a gorgeous bathroom. Very tasteful and lots of great suggestions for the area. We would have extended our stay but our train tickets were non-refundable! Can't recommend enough. The local fresh markets are outstanding as well. Definitely hike the Cap...very memorable. Hope it is our fortune to return again!
Thé appartment is very centrally located on a quiet street in thé very charming safranièr area of thé Old Town of Antibes.
Thé provençal market ,restaurants,And Shops in Antibes are open hère during thé Winter which Was a huge plus.

Cote Safranier provides an ideal setting to enjoy the charming cobble-stone streets, casual cafés and beaches of Antibes.
Plage de la Gravette is located 10 minutes from the property. This small beach is great for families with young children as it is very safe (sheltered from waves by a small breakwater). Antibes also boasts several private beaches with casual restaurants and beach seating available. Visitors should also explore the larger beaches at Juan Les Pins, on the opposite side of the Cap d'Antibes, as well as its many restaurants and speciality shops.
Cote Safranier is located close to Antibes' traditional Provençal market. Rosé wines, olives, lavender, seafood, cheeses, fresh vegetables are among some of the regional specialities available to delight shoppers.
Guests should also check out the cathedral and the old ramparts of Antibes. The town has several museums, the best of which are the Picasso Museum and the Peynet Museum.
