The property counts with a shared chlorine pool 10 x 5 m2 with minimum depth of 1.3 m and maximum depth of 2 m. It has a private terrace and a small garden with two sunbeds, table, chairs and barbecue to enjoy the summer open air meals.
The house has 110 m2 ditributed over two floors. It has 2 bedrooms both on the ground floor. One with double bed and air conditioning, and one with two single beds (no A/C). The 2 extra places can be accommodated in two single sofa beds. One cot and a highchair are available on request. There are two bathrooms; one on the ground floor with bathtub, and one toilet on the 1st floor. The house features heating, which is included in the price from November to April.
The living-dining room is very modern and very welcoming. It features one sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, TV-Sat, a wood stove, a dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. The kitchen with gas stove , in the same space, has all the necessarycooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.
The location of the property is perfect as the beach and the most important things you might need during your vacations, are within walking distance. The nearest sandy beach is 170 meters, only 3 minutes walk. Colonia de Sant Pere is a former fishing village where we can find some good restaurants, a small supermarket, a bank, a bakery and a yacht club. You can stroll along the promenade, the port and taste a good vines and meal served in restaurants in front of the sea. Visit "Es Caló des Parral", a cove of small stones and crystal clear water.
In the area you will find numerous small coves, many of them in natural areas. The most important are: Caló dels Ermitans, Cala Toró, Na Clara, Cales de Betlem, Cala Mitjana, Cala Torta, s'Aigua Dolça, etc.
NOTE: The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use. This contract does not offer any kind of tourist services to the renter and only consists of the grant of use and enjoyment of property.
