Located on the scenic rue Mazarine in the heart of Saint Germain des Près, this spacious one-bedroom apartment was totally refurbished in 2012. Not only are the kitchen and bathroom brand new and well-equipped, but the floorplan is remarkably open, making the apartment airy and bright.

The living room windows (which are double-glazed to block out noise) look over the street, which is lined with art galleries, antique shops, bakeries and restaurants.

The bedroom is located in the rear of the apartment behind the kitchen, so it stays quiet. It connects to an ensuite bathroom with an Italian shower and contains a walk-in closet. It also opens up onto a little interior patio accessible from both the kitchen and the bedroom.

Roomy, clean and with all the needs required on a holiday in a new city. Made our experience of Paris all the better and within easy walking distance of the Seine, Louvre, love padlock bridges and Notre Dame. A superb apartment

I almost do not want to say how good this place is for the fear of not getting back in.

Paul met us and was terrific. A few light globes had blown and he fixed them immediately.

This is a well appointed, well sorted retreat in a great location. If we can get it again, we will book this in a heart beat.

Wonderful stay !!!!

I loved the location of this property! Close to everything , supermarkets, restaurants, museums .

It was very spacious and airy.

The agents at Glamaparis were so great and very fast on answering any requests we had during our stay, I'm really impressed by their service.

The only critic would be the very dirty area rug on the living room which is all hard wood flooring but that rug was pretty disgusting . I did speak with the agency and they will talk with the owner to replace it and get a new one.

Other than that, perfect location, clean, everything was working perfectly and wonderful customer service from Glamaparis

Thanks a lot for everything I had a blast during my stay at your apartament !!

Total Perfection!

This apartment was not only spectacular, Glamaparis was an absolute joy to work with. I travel frequently, and this was by far one of the best experiences I've had working with a VRBO renter.

Everything about the apartment is lovely. Its centrally located (just a few blocks from the Odeon Metro, and a short walk from St. Michele), and within walking distance to almost every major attraction in Paris. The neighborhood is great and lively without being too overwhelming (try the ramen place just outside the door). Everything was immaculate and clean, and all amenities were provided. The bedroom was great, located off the street toward the back of the apartment, where your only neighbors are an empty courtyard. We loved being able to feel like we were living in one of Paris's nicest neighborhoods.

I would also highly recommend Glamaparis. They were perfectly professional, met us (in the rain!), and Samia went over everything in the apartment, showed us around and gave us suggestions on where to eat and what to do. The check in/check out process was a breeze, and everything was handled with the utmost professionalism.

I would absolutely stay here again - and you should, too!

Incredibly spacious, modern and comfortable

Beautifully appointed, this apartment has the largest living room, bathroom and bedroom (with walk-in closet) that I've ever enjoyed in Paris. The location is perfect, in the northern part of the 6th, with many art galleries, cozy cafés and shops with a lovely "passage" just out the door. I greatly appreciated Paul's help up the two flights of stairs with my luggage but after that, the stairs were not a problem at all. Several quality restaurants are very close by. Delacroix's home and studio, too! I spent an entire week in the apartment and found so much to do in the area that I never even got on the metro. Our only problems were noise issues (I'm a very light sleeper) from the folks above late at night and an unmarked cocktail bar's pulsating music which wasn't obvious until early morning.

We recently spent a delightful month in Paris at 25 Rue Mazarine and could not have been happier with the apartment. The location was excellent and exactly what we were looking for. The apartment is situated within a 5 minute walk to the Seine, the Metro, restaurants, food markets and a supermarket. The area of Le Buci is quite lively both day and night, and offered everything we needed.

The condition of the apartment was excellent, very well maintained and clean. We hired, through Glamaparis, a housekeeper, who came twice a week and kept everything nice and clean. The furnishings are of good quality and attractive and the layout very functional. Although it is quite suitable for a couple, there is enough space to comfortably entertain a few friends as well. Even though the front of the apartment overlooked the street, the bedroom was in the back, facing an inner courtyard, so it was quiet for sleeping.

Dealing with Glamaparis was very easy with respect to the booking process, etc. They were always quite responsive to every need once we were in Paris, however, everything was in order, so our needs were few.

We plan to rent this apartment the next time we visit Paris and look forward to another wonderful month in the City of Lights sometime in the not too distant future.

Located on rue Mazarine, the apartment is in one of the most beautiful parts of Saint Germain des Près. By foot you can access some of the city's best cafés and restaurants, as well as countless boutiques, art galleries, and museums.

The rue de Buci, around the corner, hosts open markets nearly every day of the week. Additionally, there are several grocery stores on the block.

The apartment is an ideal base for sightseeing. Nearby attractions include: the Saint Michel fountain, Saint Sulpice Church, Notre Dame, the Cluny Museum, the Luxembourg Gardens and the Louvre....All attractions are easily accessible by either foot or metro.

Metro Saint Germain des Pres, Odeon, or Saint Michel (Line 4, RER B and C).

Bicycles for rent (Velibs) are a block away.

The RER B train goes directly to Charles de Gaulle Airport.

  • All of our rates are weekly rates which means the price remains the same whether for 5, 6 or 7 nights.
    We however do offer some special rates for shorter stays depending on calendars and periods.

    Our rates include linens, towels & a final cleaning at the end of your stay.

    Payment by credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD), cash, and wire transfer. Minor fees apply to credit card transactions. 2.5% for Visas, 3.5% for AMEX

    Since 2015, a tourist tax of 0,83 € is charged per guest & per night (does not apply to children under 18)

    For shorter stays, the security deposit is typically made by credit card print, meaning no extra money is charged up front. Ask us for more details.

    A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins (any day after 7pm), Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50 €. fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.
  • Wifi, international calling, cable TV, and final cleaning are included in the rate.
