Spacious, clean and secluded 3 bedroom townhome, nestled in the woods of Keystone Ski Resort. The perfect location puts you in the middle of everything with the feeling you are in the middle of nowhere. Skiers and snowboarders will love the fact that our driveway is the first bus stop from Keystone. A garage heater means your ski boots and toes will be toasty warm each morning. In the summer, walk out back to fly fish on the Snake River. A short walk over the bridge brings you to Keystone Lake Village with shopping, pizza, fine dining, rentals, and many family activities including ice skating in winter and paddle boats in the summer. For those who love to hike or bike, the Keystone trail crosses the front of our property, and provides access to Keystone and Soda Ridge. An easy 5 mike bike ride takes you down the trail from our front yard straight into historic Dillon, CO, where you can feast at dozens of traditional and eclectic restaurants. We keep a large framed map of all the local hiking trails just inside our entryway for those who enjoy exploring the mountains in summer. We are just up the hill from the Keystone Golf Course and just down the street from Keystone Stables for equestrians. During your downtime, enjoy soaking in our 4-season outdoor hot-tub while your dinner grills nearby!

About Grant Miller
Amy and Steve Stephenson have frequented Keystone since purchasing this Condo / Townhome in 2011. We live in Overland Park, Kansas, stay at our Home-Away-From-Home as frequently as possible, and frequently meet our college aged children coming from BYU.
Grant Miller purchased this Townhome in 2011
Why Grant Miller chose Keystone
After staying with our friends at their Townhome at Seasons on the River, near Keystone, we quickly learned this location was ideal. When another Townhome became available next door, it provided an opportunity to enjoy the community frequently.
What makes this Townhome unique
Although this Condo is located right in between Keystone Ski Resort, the golf course, Keystone Lake, and the stables, it has the feel of being very remote. The beautiful Snake River is right out the back door and, in the summer, you can hear it gurgling along through the open window as you fall asleep. We have maintained very high levels of upkeep, and ask our visitors to continue this tradition so everyone will feel comfortable in our home.

Everything we wanted- great experience!
Great place very comfortable
Great property very nicely decorated and comfortable. Grant was great in communicating everything we needed.
Key to summer fun in Colorado
This is a great location or a week of summer fun in Colorado. Located out of the hustle and bustle of busy Vail and Breckenridge but close enough to drive to those places easily. This place is a great place to lay low and do some local hiking or get to many surrounding areas with structured family activities. The condo is quiet, very clean and organized and feels like a home. I will keep coming back summer and winter to this Keystone condo.
This place is Great!
No complaints, the place was beautiful, the location is beautiful. Everything was perfect!
Great lovely place!
Amazing place, had a great time! We thank the owner for letting us stay!
Great amenities, is indeed right next to the communal hottub, bed was comfortable , cozy place, highly recommend.
The Seasons on The River Town-homes are located on the Snake River. The community is nestled comfortably between Keystone Ski Resort to the East, Keystone Lake Village to the North, Keystone Lodge and Spa to the Northwest, Keystone Golf course to the West, and Keystone Stables to the Southwest. Despite the opportune location, the dense surrounding trees and the gurgling of the Snake River below provide a sense of being quite remote.
