Centrally located Brighton Seaside Apartment

Centrally located two double bedroom flat in a grade 1 regency town house in central Brighton location next to the sea that will sleep up to six! Original period features throughout. Positioned at the top of Brunswick Sq gardens in Brunswick Place South. A short walk away from all Brighton's leading tourist attractions.

This apartment has plenty of space for your stay with a double and twin bedroom a bathroom with shower and a separate en suite shower room. The lounge also has an additional double sofa bed. The kitchen is also large and complete with all facilities including dishwasher. It also has its own private patio. Further photos can be seen on my website.

Parking can be arranged outside the apartment. Children are welcome and a cot bed and highchair are available on request.

Two double bedroom lower ground floor flat flat in grade 1 listed regency town house with original period features throughout. This property comes complete with two patios.

From outside the flat there are views towards Brunswick Sq gardens and sea. It is centrally located and within a one minute walk from the beach and many of the best restaurants and bars in Brighton and Hove. Almost all the main tourist and shopping facilities in Brighton can be reached within no more than a ten minute walk including Brighton Sealife Centre, The Palace Pier and The Royal Pavillion, the Historic Lanes shopping area, Brighton's Theatre Royal and Kemptown.

The flat is ideally suited for families looking for a short break, or for those with children or those attending Conferences at the nearby Brighton Centre. It is only a fifteen minute walk from Brighton and Hove stations.

Street parking and NCP car parks are located within a short walk from the flat as well. There is a frequent bus service to Brighton Marina which is situated on the outskirts of Brighton.

Hi, the flat itself was perfectly clean and suitable, although could do with some re-decoration. The comms from either HomeAway or the owner left a little to be desired, there was nothing in the way of email confirmation of booking, payments, final payment reminders etc, this element could be improved upon.

Very comfortable & convenient
This is a great location, close to the front and lots of good restaurants and shops. The flat has everything you could possibly need for your stay. There were a couple of niggles such as a broken bedside lamp but this is easily fixed. The owner is incredibly helpful and responded to questions immediately. We had a great time, thank you.
