Rockpool is situated within the popular Orastone cul de Sac of Croyde Bay, this holiday home offers easy walking distance to Croyde village with its variety of surfing shops, village post office and local pubs such as The Thatch and The Manor. Croyde Bay's magical surfing beach is a short walk from Rockpools doorstep and a short drive around the headland takes you to Saunton and Braunton.

Driveway parking for 2/3 vehicles.


Bright and airy neutral themed lounge with laminate flooring, A large chocolate corner sofa and wooden coffee table with views out onto the front garden. Up lighters and a coal effect gas fire, wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player, CD music system, WIFI broadband, Games and books can provide entertainment for all ages. The french doors open out onto the rear garden's decking. sit and unwind with a book in the 'quiet corner' with a separate sofa/ sofa bed that can also accommodate an extra 2 guests.

The kitchen diner is a large open plan space offering plenty of room to stretch out and spend quality family time together during meal time including the wall mounted LCD TV/DVD player. The kitchen has clean, crisp white painted wooden units and a blue speckled surface with laminate flooring. A hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle as well as all the other essential kitchen utensils you would require on holiday are here.

The dining area of this open plan living features a large wooden extending dining table with seating for 8 enjoying views through the large french doors out onto the rear decking, creating a perfect area to blend the outside with the inside on evenings spent preparing a family feast with the BBQ.

A downstairs bathroom can be found on this level comprising of a W.C and washbasin.

The hallway cupboard houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.


Upstairs has 4 bedrooms all of which continue the neutral theme set downstairs with cream, beige and crisp white tones.

Master bedroom has views of the countryside towards Croyde beach, a double bed, white glossed bedside tables with contrasting black reading lamps, canvas style wardrobe and an en-suite modern shower room with W.C, double walk in shower and washbasin.

Bedroom two has a double bed with bedside tables, reading lamps, full length mirror, dressing table with stool and a wardrobe.

Bedroom three contains a set of bunk beds which lends perfectly for children along with a wardrobe for hanging storage.

Bedroom four is a twin room with sea glimpse's of Croyde, wooden bedside table with reading lamp and a wardrobe.

The family bathroom comprises of a bath with shower over, pedestal washbasin and W.C.


Garden furniture and BBQ is provided at Rock pool allowing visitors to take advantage of the rear decking to enjoy al fresco dining. Part of the rear garden is laid to lawn and a garage which is accessible via the front and rear of the property ensures plenty of secure storage for surfboards, wet suits or bikes.

Excellent holiday rental

Rockpool was an excellent holiday rental ,our family is 5 plus our dog and everything was catered for and everything you could want was there .

just a short walk to either the beach or local pub/restaurants

will revisit again for sure

Great place for a beach holiday

Rockpool was one of the best holiday rentals I have stayed in .

We had 6 in our group and there was defiantly more than enough space for 4 more.

It was clean and spacious with an open plan kitchen and dining perfect for dinners.

Also perfectly located a 5 minute stroll from the best Croyde has to offer and a walk to the beach.
