This beautifully appointed, new apartment is located in the village of Muo, a leisurely 15 minute stroll to the World Heritage listed, medieval, walled town of Kotor with its variety of cafes, restaurants, museums and shops. The property has 2 balconies overlooking the bay, air conditioning, satellite TV, fully integrated kitchen with top of the range appliances including a dishwasher a large bedroom with fitted wardrobes plus an allocated space in the private car park. A utility room houses the washing machine. The apartment is ideal for lazy days relaxing by the pool ( open May to October) or as a base for an activity packed holiday. The village of Muo lies on the Bay of Kotor overlooking the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kotor. The town combines old with new with cathedrals dating back to the 12th century next to modern boutiques. The marina is situated at the entrance to Kotor which is dominated by the Fort built high above the town. Climb to the top and you will be rewarded with magnificent views of the fjord and beyond.

Relaxing and scenic

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment, with lovely views across to the old town of Kotor. Walkable in 20mins although part of the walk is on a narrow road with no pavement and there is a short steep walk to reach the apartment.

Annie was the perfect host answering any queries quickly and providing lots of info and even some basic provisions prior to arriving.

Slightly noisy the 1st couple of days due to a triathlon event with evening entertainment in Kotor. Amazing how the sound carries across the water, but no fault of the host.

Interesting sitting watching the cruise liners come and go and there is a lovely pool to have a dip on the warmer days with plenty of loungers.

Overall a very relaxing stay with plenty to keep you occupied nearby.

Surfers Paradise

Outstanding location and views - perfect for a couple.

The apartment is well equipped and feels like you are staying in someone’s home rather than a bare bones apartment for travellers. There is a brand new bathroom which was lovely. The view is exceptional 24 hours a day. It’s set back from the road just far enough so traffic is not annoying and at night it is so quiet you get a great sleep.

Being an end apartment you have windows on three sides which gives great ventilation and lighting. It is a small unit complex which we liked.

If you do not have a car, you must walk up a hilly and narrow driveway and then up one flight of stairs - only mention this for folks who may have mobility issues. But taxis will drive you right to the door!

The only improvement we suggest is an upgrade to the sofas - there are two two seaters, both pull out beds. Our son was travelling with us and neither was suitable for an adult to sleep on. We combined the two thin single mattresses to make a more comfortable bed on the floor and we were fine. But an upgrade would be a terrific improvement!

Overall we loved staying here - clean, convenient, quiet and stunningly beautiful views.

Highly recommend this property - well equipped with a gated parking area and designated space. Annie, the owner, sent us ample information and directions for the trip from Dubrovnik and her tips for things to do and where to go were excellent and really helpful.

The view from the balcony over to Kotor town is exceptional.

Highly recommended flat with wonderful views and great location. Everything worked well and the location was ideal for the old town. Probably the prettiest scenery anywhere with the added interest of a new cruise liner opposite each morning.

Lovely apartment,lovely views.

Stayed at the apartment for one week,from booking to arriving,Annie the owner kept in touch,giving us lot's of information about the apartment and the area.We don't usually visit the same place twice,but would definitely return to this apartment.

It was a 15 minute walk into Kotor old town,where you will find lovely restaurants in a wonderful setting and after a nice meal a stroll back to the apartment,to sit on the balcony with a drink taking in the wonderful night time views of the bay.

We could not fault any part of the holiday at all and would like to say a big thank's to the owners.

Located in the village of Muo with views over the Bay of Kotor. Close to beaches, mountains and the Unesco World Heritage town of Kotor. The ideal place from which to explore the spectacular scenery that Montenegro has to offer from vast sandy beaches to mountains, lakes, canyons and National parks.

Historical churches and monuments are to be found at every turn and Montenegrin festivals take place throughout the year. Sports facilities include tennis, cycling and numerous water based activities including white water rafting on the River Tara. Night life is also a walk away with casinos and nightclubs in Kotor, or relax in the evening at a restaurant overlooking the bay. Within walking distance of the bus station, marina, shops, banks, supermarket and cafes Muo is the perfect place to base your holiday.
