About Roseline Stoppini

Now retired from a hospital job, I travel as much as I can. I work with clay, frame images, do oil painting and create art pieces combining enamel and copper. This apartment is my home when I do not rent it in summer.

I share my time between the sea and the countryside; have another residence 15k outside of Nice in a lush green village, which allows me to vary my places of residence. And when I am in Nice, I am on vacation all year round. Come and see for yourself and you will understand.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment faces south and the view is superb and not obstructed. “Miami Beach” directly across from me is semi-private (beach amenities for a fee) yet parking is free on the seaside of the Promenade des Anglais. As it is my personal residence, the studio is entirely equipped and very comfortable, firm beds, many modern kitchen appliances. Internet. If arriving by airplane, I will come and get you at the airport when my schedule allows it.

Perfekt!

Otroligt bra liten lägenhet med underbar utsikt och perfekt läge. Det är ca 3 km in till centrala Nice, och det är en fin promenad längs stranden in. Orkar man inte gå går otaliga bussar direkt utanför (kostar 1.50€ st) eller så hyr man en blå cykel i de många ställen som finns längs promenaden och inne i stan. Buss 200 går utanför och tar en till Antibes eller Cannes (varning för att bussen tar lång tid pga all trafik). Vill man åka till Monaco med buss 100 får man först ta sig till hamnen.

Lägenheten är liten men har allt och lite därtill, bland annat strandmadrasser, stradhanddukar och ett parasoll. Mycket bra wi-fi. Bäddsofforna var förvånansvärt sköna att sova i. Ägarna, Roseline och hennes man är mycket trevliga och tog emot oss när vi kom.

Runt hörnet finns en liten supermarket och ett bageri samt ett par pizzerior.

Ska man komma på något negativt så är Promenade des Anglaise en högtraffikerad väg så räkna inte med några tysta kvällar på balkongen. Balkongdörrarna ljudisolerade dock bra (vi var där när Frankrike vann VM-guld). Den fantastiska utsikten överväger dock ljudet från trafiken.

Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Beautiful apartment. Rosaline and her husband were very helpful hosts. They gave us great information about the apartment and the local area and Rosaline collected us from the airport and brought us back . Altogether a great stay would definitely try to book this apartment if we are lucky enough to return to Nice.

Excellent location/warm welcome

The owners at this location are welcoming, engaging and overall incredibly hospitable. The rental itself has an amazing view of the promenade des Anglais and the baie des anges. There are several grocery stores close by and there is a boulangerie right behind the building. Miami beach is across the street (you can see it from you balcony) and is nice because it's not as crowded as some of the other beaches. The owners made sure that I had everything I needed and the apartment comes equipped with everything you would need for cooking or just enjoying a coffee. I would highly recommend this rental.

Tooop ! :))

La propriétaire est très gentille et super accueillante ! La vue depuis le balcon lors du lever et du coucher du soleil est très très appréciable, surtout lorsqu'on peut profiter de petit-déjeuner et de prendre l'apéro ! La promenade est animée, mais lorsque la fenêtre et le store sont fermés la nuit, la tranquilité est retrouvée:)

Seul petit bémol,l'appartement se trouve 35 minutes du centre-ville. Ceci ne pose pas de soucis la journée, puisque un bus passe devant l'appartement toutes les 5min au moins, et qu'il y a également moyen d'emprunter des vélos. Cela est plus compliqué concernant les sorties de nuit, car à partir d'1h du matin, il n'y a plus de plus ni pour aller, ni pour revenir...

Mais en résumé, adresse à retenir !:))

Juste une petite précision sur les déplacements la nuit. Il y a des bus appelés noctambules dont la ligne N4 traverse la ville et dessert le centre ville et la promenade entres autres.

Bellissimo

Il soggiorno è stato bellissimo per via di Nizza che è un posto fantastico.

Per quanto riguarda la casa, quello che troverete sará quello descritto qui nel sito, la posizione è forse un po' scomoda perchè lontana dal centro, ma grazie alla fermata dell'autobus vicino casa 5 minuti e si arriva. In oltre da quella fermata passano anche gli autobus che vanno a Cannes e a Grasse se volete fare delle gite.

La proprietaria è una persona gentile e simpatica e per qualsiasi cosa è a disposizione.

Io lo consiglio caldamente !

Fin och välskött lägenhet med underbar utsikt!

Vi är jättenöjda med våra 10 dagar i lägenheten. Faciliteter såsom bageri och affär precis runt hörnet. Lägenheten är ren och välskött, och madame Stoppini ger tydliga instruktioner vid överlämnandet av nyckeln. Övriga boende i huset är vänliga och trevliga och det är ett lugnt ställe. Utsikten från balkongen är underbar, att vakna med Medelhavet som utsikt är något jag kommer sakna! Vi tog promenader in till centrum och det tar ca 30 min, men annars går det bussar precis utanför, eller så kan man hyra cykel om man hellre vill. Vi kan helt klart tänka oss att återvända till denna lilla pärla.

Tourist-train in old Nice, ride the bus for the reduced tariff (1,50€) to visit Nice and other cities in the Maritime Alps. There is a stop for the International Museum of Naive Art, visit Monaco or take a quick road trip to Italy in one of the electric cars for rent at the foot of our building.
