The apartment consists of own front door entrance at ground floor leading by stairs to the first floor which consists of modern lounge and dining area, contemporary kitchen with most appliances needed for a long stay; 2 twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes, a shower room with WC and washbasin. A further set of stairs lead to a Master Bedroom with King bed or can be split into wins and built in wardrobes, a bathroom with bath, shower, 2 wash hand basins and WC; a utility room with washer dryer and gas central heating combi boiler. Free reserved parking for 2 cars directly outside the apartment.
A golf crazy couple who live in Troon, Scotland and on Mallorca but love the East Neuk of Fife and the beautiful town of St Andrews where our children attended University at the same time as Kate and Wills. Ewan is a member of Troon Welbeck and Turnberry Golf Clubs.

We use this maisonette as a holiday home ourselves. It's ideal location within a short walk of the town centre and all the attraction make it ideal for a short break or longer holiday. Its modern facilities and two bathrooms make it ideal for families like ours or a group of golfers.
Location, location, location. Modern facilities and hard floors for asthma suffers. Own front door and outdoor BBQ area and table. We also have reserved parking for 2 cars directly in front of the apartment and additional free on street car parking if required. Short walking distance of the town centre shops, restaurants and bars.
Spent 3 days here. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable for 4 people. We were met at short notice and shown around. All up a very comfortable and roomy stay.
This is a lovely, well-appointed first-floor apartment in a quiet neighborhood close to the town centre (10 minutes walk to all attractions, including the beach, the shops, most university buildings, etc.). We particularly appreciated that the caretaker stayed up and waited for us until 1.30 am on the night of our arrival, with us arriving late because of a delayed flight and the GPS playing up! Hope to return next year
We loved this property - it was definitely a home from home. The flat had plenty of space especially having 3 teenagers with us. The location was excellent and very quiet. Easy walking distance to town centre, beaches, restaurants and golf.
Having both a bathroom and shower room were ideal and again were very spacious. The interior of the flat was of a high standard and was spotless for us arriving - thanks to Linda.
We would definitely love to come back and stay in this property.
The apartment is perfect location for walking into centre of town and a big plus is 2 parking spaces right outside the property. 2 bathrooms is also a big plus. The master bedroom is upstairs and has an en suite and the two double bedrooms downstairs share the second bathroom which was perfect for us. there is also free wifi which logged on without any problems.
Everything is provided from towels and bedding (very comfy beds by the way) and all the kitchen utensils if you want to cook. We only did breakfast because there are so many good eating places in St. Andrews.
The furniture in the lounge is also very comfy and there is also a dining table.
We couldn't fault the apartment and will definitely be back for our next golfing break.
