excellent rooms, layout, and location
Staying at this property was one of the best decisions that my party of three made during our several days in the town (two summers ago). The location is excellent for walking or driving to the central shops, major historic attractions, and views of the sea. Clean and pleasantly furnished, with a good kitchen and easy parking--we would definitely like to stay here again!

Wonderful Business Stay!
Excellent host! I could have not hoped or asked for more. Shelagh was so very helpful and excellent with communication throughout. This was a business trip for some of my colleagues and they had a wonderful stay. The house was in a great location for the golf course where the guys were carrying work out, and it was perfect for our requirements.

Great property and location
This was a great apartment for our trip to St. Andrews. A great location so we could walk to town each day as well as get in and out of town to go golfing. Very nice apartment with the amenities we needed. Linda (the caretaker) was very helpful in getting us all set up when we arrived. Would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking to stay in St. Andrews.

we visited our daughter in St. Leonards School.
Its a short way to the school and the city. We have done everything by foot.
There ist a parking place in front of the flat, next time we come by car ;-)
there is enough space for 4- 6 persons in the flat. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Thanks for the little things we have founded like flowers, a bottle of wine, cookies, milk and Coffee. It was a good start. we only missed a hairdryer... and the weather could be better next time ;-)))
