Unique property with two separate houses and a pool house set in magnificent private park like grounds on 3 acres that have been established over 60 years. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Beautiful outdoor settings with Mountain range backdrops but a few minutes walk from the beach,restaurants and shops. Play Ping Pong or Badminton or jump into that beautiful pool, sip a cocktail whilst reading the latest book or play a game of scrabble. Price includes daily maid service except public holidays.

The 'Casita' is believed to be over 500 years old and beautifully reformed with many of its orignal features highlighted such as beams, tiles and a horses trough which has been converted into a bar. As you walk in the entrance foyer there is a large fully air-conditioned living area with satellite TV, Wi Fi, DVD’s Iphone Dock and a stereo system that can be switched to the outdoor speakers whilst you have dinner under the grapevines on a wonderful large wooden out door setting with a bbq next to this . This is under cover so you can eat outdoors without being baked by the sun while you enjoy your meals. There is a guest toilet off the foyer and a seperate dining room with a fireplace for our winter guests. You can cook in a large country kitchen which is fully equipped with Gas top, Electric Oven, Microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a Baby Belling for keeping dishes warm for large crowds. There should be every piece of equipment you would need to make wonderful meals or we can help arrange for a chef/cook to come in. There are also a number of caterers or restaurants who can make up wonderful food for drop off or pick up or experience a chef in house .As you go upstairs which is a converted hay loft there are two bedrooms one with an ensuite the other bathroom is just off the bedroom. The windows are a delight to look out of over the immaculately kept grounds. Each of the bedrooms can be configured either for two singles or a couple per room.

Once you come down the tiled staircase there are big wooden doors that open to the stunning terrace with its many beautiful plants and a small path takes you across to the next villa. Once you enter the front door you have a guest toilet on the right and then a large bedroom to the left that opens out with French doors to the private terrace. There are two large king single beds so can be either 2 singles or a couple sleeping there. There is a large bathroom which has been finished in a marbled tile. You will feel a real sense of space. There is also the bonus of a small single bedroom nearby which would be suitable for a child who needs to be near their parents or anyone who wants to be on their own and not share a room.

If you then walk back to the entrance there is a full air conditioned kitchen off one door including gas top, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and all the equipment one needs to make beautiful meals with. There is also a full laundry off the kitchen.

Once you come back out of the kitchen you will arrive into the very large living area which includes very comfy sitting for watching a fire in winter or TV to cool off. You can watch satellite TV and many latest release DVDS are there. There is also a dining setting indoors and outdoors on the terrace but you will find that first house terrace is the more relaxing and cooler place to sit in the summer.

Up the stairs is two more bedrooms and one is a massive room with a small library. The books are very unique and a great source of fun. Both bedrooms can be either set up for 2 singles or a couple and the beds in the library room are large king single beds with extra width. Finally for teenagers there is a pool house with two single beds and bathroom with shower. The pool house has a wonderful bar which we have spent many a night propping up! There is a refrigerator, toaster and kettle for their independence.There is also a wonderful outdoor shower which is a great place to wash you hair and look at the trees.

The grounds are wonderful to explore and there is an organic garden which you can pick your own seasonal vegetables.

We are a family that grew up in the Far East and later due to circumstances, dispersed around the world . Can Boyet has always been our special place to get together. Audey and Adrian built a dream and now they have passed on, we hope to keep the dream alive!

Your oasis in the Port! Very few properties have this much space and be so close to the Port. The garden has been built over 60 years and many of the plants were the first in the area. We also have an organic garden.

I personally often don't believe in reviews that seem too gushing however everything I write below cannot be denied! I had a fabulous time!



The moment we arrived at the estate our breaths were taken away at the size and grandeur of the place. The gardens and houses are immaculately presented, very excited to explore what seemed like our own piece of tropical paradise.



The estate was much bigger than it first looked as we discovered when exploring the luscious green gardens. A stunning floral display surrounds some very interesting and beautiful artworks, which was a lovely touch to the decor. Of course, these and the mountains of Puerto Pollensa create the most perfect backdrop when sipping on a cocktail and floating in the pool. Luxury!



The house itself is charming and has real character (a nice change from some clinical hotels these days) clearly the house is steeped in history and yet everything is in great clean condition. And with a fully equipped kitchen, sitting room, extremely comfortable beds, air-conditioning, fresh linen, Wi-Fi internet, EVERYTHING worked reliably without a glitch and gave us complete piece of mind to just relax and enjoyr our holiday.



The entire property is large enough that it is completely serene and tranquil and yet we were only a short drive away from the main shops, towns and beaches. Very much a hidden secret off the main streets and certainly ensures you feel very safe!



The service was also top notch and the staff always greeted us with big friendly smiles and clearly did a great job of looking after the place!



The best getaway serviced accommodation I've had in many years! Being from Australia, I would have absolutely no problems in taking familly and friends all the way back to Mallorca, just to stay here at Can Boyet!!

Notes:
We have a stair lift in the 'Casita', ramps and have a wheelchair and an electric wheelchair. The bath has a handicap handle but you would have to be helped in and out. There are ramps throughout the property gardens and to the pool. Would suggest you email us or call to check suitability. The wheelchair capabilities were set up for our mother in her later years could only walk a limited distance. Regarding young children, the Casa has a gate at the top of the stairs but nothing at the bottom. We have over the years coped with our toddlers by vigilance and lectures!!! There is no fence around the pool so you would need to be on guard with your toddlers or non swimmers. The casita is probable not suitable for toddlers due to the staircase and objects d'art.

Absolutely Amazing, hidden gem!

A real 5 start property at great value, with all the trimmings. We had a fabulous time at Can Boyet an easy walk to the beach, bars , restaurants and the Wednesday market. The gardens are to die for and the pool was very refreshing and large not like some other previous houses in the Puerto we had visited. There was so much room for us all to spread out across the property. The beds were very comfortable. Rafael the property manager was incredibly helpful, it was like having our own private concierge. I could of stayed longer than a week easily………….. and already looking to book our next stay! Can Boyet, highly recommend!

Puerto Pollensa is a wonderful old fishing town set by a protected horseshoe shaped bay framed against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. You can stroll easily from the property to enjoy the many restaurants, bars and village like evening market atmosphere. Plenty to do for young kids, teenagers and oldies! There is a number of water activities that you can hire such as hobby cats, kayaks, windsurfers, boats, jet skiing, paragliding, tubing, skiing, snorkelling and fishing trips. There is a wonderful Puerto Pollensa market on a Wednesday market for your fresh veggies and souvenirs. Or the Sunday market in the historic town of Pollensa where the local gourmet produce is outstanding. Try the local Serrano or a Fuet sausage. Have Churros whilst you walk around. They are mouth watering. Visit Cala San Vicente and swim in the incredible blue waters surrounded by limestone caves. Lunch at the restaurants which serve mouth watering locally caught fish and feast on a Squip Ink Paella. Visit the The Restored Roman town of Alcudia is a must see and is an interesting ramble along the turrets as one can imagine life in Roman times. Filled with interesting shops, restaurants and churches it is a great trip to do after visiting the long white sands of Puerto de Alcudia. Or maybe the kids want to go on the fabulous slides at the Waterworld in Alcudia. Venture into the mountains and be mesmerised by the prehistoric-like mountains. Go for lunch in a traditional Cellar in the mountains or visit Soller and marvel at the arts and crafts of the local artisans and many of the buildings inspired by Gaudi Architecture. Take the mountain train from Soller and go into Palma De Mallorca and venture thought Jaime Seconda and Jaime Tercero for fantastic shopping and end up in the Central Plaza. Don't miss out on the incredible Cathedral which overlooks the Bay of Palma. There is so much to see and do in Mallorca a week is never long enough! Just ask us for any information that will help with your trip.
