If you are looking for a clean, spacious condo that is fully stocked with amenities, has phenomenal views of the Comal River and is located in the heart of all that New Braunfels has to offer, then look no further!!! Across the street from Schlitterbahn Water Park and an easy walk to historic downtown shops, restaurants and sites, this is the perfect spot to spend time with family or friends. Our unit is located at the scenic Camp Warnecke Estates condominiums and boasts 1250 sq ft of luxurious furnishings, new beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full size washer and dryer.
Downstairs: Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, a dining table that seats six and a large dining table on the covered patio that also seats 6 so you can dine while overlooking the crystal clear Comal River. There is a half bath located downstairs for your convenience. Living area and patio floors are beautiful Saltillo tile, perfect for riverside living.
Upstairs: Two (2) carpeted bedrooms each with vaulted ceilings and their own private bath. Master includes a king size bed, large screen Vizio SmartCast TV (which allows for casting of your personal television/movie subscription services from your tablet or smart phone to the TV), a private patio balcony that has seating for two and overlooks the Comal River and a private bath with tub, separate shower and large vanity. The second bedroom has two full sized beds and its own private bath with a shower/tub combo. Amenities include luxury towels, linens, and soaps and a full size hair dryer in each bathroom.
This condo is equipped with a digital lock that is programmed with a unique code for each booking, adding to your security and convenience (no keeping up with keys while enjoying the river!). Ceiling fans are in every room, including the downstairs covered patio. This unit is owner managed, and we are passionate about providing top-notch accommodations and helping guests discover beautiful New Braunfels!
PLEASE NOTE: The main floor of the unit is on the second floor of the condo building (up a flight of exterior stairs), and there is no elevator. Rental includes two parking passes (one pass is for a covered, reserved spot for the unit, the other is for a “first come, first served” general parking area) and access to the condo’s facilities including a swimming pool, hot tub, and private river access. No pets are allowed and there is no smoking anywhere in the unit - including balconies. An additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged for signs of smoking in the unit. At least one guest must be 25 years old or older and must be staying at the property throughout the reservation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CANCELLATIONS AND ADDITIONAL FEES- PLEASE READ!
- If your booking is for a short term stay (<30 days), we will honor a “relaxed” cancellation policy (Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.). If your booking is for a long term stay (30 days or more), the cancellation policy as indicated on VRBO stands. We are sorry for any confusion this may cause, but we have had a lot of winter renters cancel on us a month from arrival after booking 6 months to a year in advance, leaving us with no income and no hope of re-booking. -Our condo sleeps 6 people comfortably. We do make an occasional exception for an additional (7th) person, but an additional guest fee will apply ($30 for each person over 6).
