Fully refurbished apartment with modern interior and designer bathrooms available for rent. Due to the nature of the apartment unfortunately no children under the age of 6 are permitted to stay.
Both bedrooms have access to en-suite bathrooms and are separated by the lounge & kitchen areas. This is ideal for 2 couples to share as the bedrooms are therefore private.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, combination microwave and over, fridge freezer and induction hob. The water to the apartment is softened using a salt machine.
The lounge/kitchen and two bedrooms are air conditioned.
Outside there is a beautiful terrace raised above the beach with lounge furniture plus a dining table for four.
Please note that BBQ's are not permitted anywhere within the complex.
Simply the best apartement on the most beautiful location. We have been there for 3 seasons now, and will for sure come back again. Very professional service from Mark and his crew - thank you again!

I can't fault this apartment... it is perfect in every way, gorgeous views of the beach and the sea, easy access to one of the best family beaches on the island. The apartment complex is quiet, clean and tidy with a private pool, surrounded by lots of restaurants, shops and cafes...If you have a rental, you can easily park alongside the complex on the main road (free of charge). Not sure what else would your heart desire..? Breakfast in bed perhaps..?
Arriving in Cala d'Or we were lost and could not find the apartment. Anyhow it was late at night Veronica and Carl came to pick us and led us the way. Many thanks, it was very much apprecaited!!! Then we found the wonderful and very nicely furnished apartment with best location next to the beach and the supermarket. Also the restaurants were on walking distance and the whole propertiy was clean and very well maintained. We could not ask for more! A big thank you also to Mark that we could stay for a few hours longer in the apartment on the departure day and for replying to the e-mails very fast. We highly recommend this place and will be back again.
The property surpassed my expectations as regards comfort, spaciousness,facilities and fittings. All were so aesthetically pleasing internally and externally that I felt relaxed straightaway.Arrival was a bit frazzled on my part as I had difficulty spotting the number 22 on the wall but eventually Carl guided me in the right direction.....the light fittings in the second bedroom were a bit contrary and would need to be checked... also the fan over the cooker.
The beach-literally steps away from the beautifully appointed terrace - was pristine. The management team were friendly and efficient as were the staff in the beach cafes and bars.
The resort town just seemed to have something for everyone as regards restaurants, bars,sport bars,coffee and cake cafes,lifestyle shops, fashion boutiques and more. Even though it was close to end of high tourist season we found the variety of night time entertainment a real bonus.
Ilook forward to returning to this lovely apartment in the near future.
This was our first visit to Majorca as a family with two daughters aged 11 and 12 and this apartment was perfect in so many ways for us. Not only is it modern and fresh but it is very versatile in how it has been laid out. A lot of money has been spent recently upgrading everyting not to mention the now large terrrace over looking the beach. No expense has been spared.
It is ideal for a family such as ours, couples or a group of 4 travellers of all ages. The apartments location is perfect, its rear gate is 5 metres from Cala Gran beach, which is a superb beach for all age groups and great for swimming as it has a gentle sloping all sand bottom. If sands not your thing there's a lovely pool which we had to ourselves some days despite our high season visit.
The centre of Cala Dor is a 5 minute walk from the apartment, again this was perfect for us as we were close enough to easily access the centre with all the atmosphere and bars and restaurants but far enough outside not be affected by any noise. The apartment for us was faultless and we will be returning.
Mark (owner) was also excellent, from the booking process to answering queries and advice he was 100% and very efficient. The resort team of Carl and Veronica were also brilliant, nothing was too much trouble even when my youngest locked the key in the apartment the day before we were due to fly home !!

I have tried to write an accurate review of this property so that it is helpful to others looking to make a booking. For us we could not find fault with it in any way and that's why like so many other visitors we awarded it a 5 star rating.
We have just spent one week at Mark's property - family of 4 including two teenage boys - and it really did tick all our boxes. We loved the property - it's position next to the beach, but remaining private too, the modern style of the property (extremely clean), the fabulous terrace and the pool. Being able to walk to the bars, restaurants and marina was brilliant. We loved the bustle of Cala D'Or. Restaurant recommends from us would be Aquamarine, Copa D'Or and Gusto. We took the little local road train and the Starfish boat to get a different view of the immediate area. All in all a total success and we would love to return to the property....100% recommend. Thank you Mark. P.s. would also say that Carl and Veronica who help Mark to look after the property in Mallorca were extremely efficient and helpful with odd queries we had.
The apartment is front-line on Cala Gran Beach. Cala D'Or centre is 5 minute walk, the marina approximately 10 minutes walk and the nearest supermarket is over the road. Due to the depth of the pool, I do not let the apartment when young children are part of the group
