A stunning 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property located in a beautiful area of Javea. All bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning and the property has wifi to enhance your stay.
The property consists of 2 double bedrooms(1 en suite) and a third bedroom with twin beds. There is a large dining kitchen with all the amenities you would have at home including, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and electrical appliances. The lounge / dining area has reclining sofas and large flat screen tv with all UK channels is available for viewing. UK TV is also available in both double bedrooms. The en-suite has a large walk-in shower and the family bathroom as a large bath along with a shower unit.
Outside is truly where the magic begins, leading through the patio doors there is a large dining table and chairs under a covered naya along with a rattan set of outdoor sofa, chairs and coffee table.
On the pool terrace there is of course the wonderful private pool with roman steps. Also on the terrace is a covered pergola with a dining table and seating for 6. In addition to ample sunbathing area the terrace also posses a table tennis table for the more energetic.
The rest of property has mature gardens, terrace areas and has a covered driveway enabling you to keep your car cool when not in use.
Having lived and worked in Spain for the last twelve years our jobs have now taken us back to the UK. The positive though is that we retain our beautiful home and can visit when time permits.

We have really enjoyed living in this house and area for the last 6 years. It is in a great neighborhood and located close enough to the action but far enough away to have some peace and tranquility. There are fantastic walks on the doorstep and we just love the terrace and outdoor area where we enjoy the pool and the views
Arrived to find the villa spotlessly clean. Excellent facilities within the villa as listed in advert prior to us booking. Villa is in a nice quiet area of Javea and like most villas in the town a car is essential. However there are two restaurants and a tapas bar within a brisk 5-10 minute walk from the villa.
Garden offers privacy and a lovely swimming pool that has a high standard of self cleaning so whenever we utilised it there was no leaves or insects within it as has occurred with other pools in different villas on previous holidays.

We had three weeks in Mark's villa and really enjoyed ourselves.
The villa is spacious, modern and a thoroughly desirable place to holiday.
It has everything you need and all appliances, devices etc work well.
The pool area is very private and a very desirable place to relax and sunbathe.
We particularly liked the location - in a very quiet street, with hardly any traffic and very few parked cars. It's a decidedly upmarket area.

Excellent villa - easy drive to beaches / restaurants / local towns. A couple of restaurants within walking distance (15 mins for our family).
Villa is a home from home and better than many others we've rented (we've visited this area a lot).
We loved the outside dining and sitting area, good quality BBQ and pool. Lounge and bedrooms are very comfortable and kitchen is well equipped.

The description of the villa is acurate. The photos are acurate. The villa, garden and pool were beautifully maintained and clean. Its location is in a very quiet suburb not far from the facilities of Javia and the beach. Plenty of things to do and explore if you want to. The owner was easily contacted with any queries that we had. We had a lovely holiday and would recommend to friends and ourselves return again.

Javea is a small, historic town, free of high rise buildings offering a relaxing holiday atmosphere. The local people are friendly and affable. The clean, warm, blue Mediterranean Sea laps the beautiful beaches and coves that Javea has to offer.

The town is situated between the San Antonio and La Nao points and enjoys the impressive and magnificent protection of Mount Montgó.
There are three distinct areas of Javea, the Arenal, the port and the old town. The Arenal boasts one of the finest sandy beaches in the region and is lined with numerous bars restaurants and shops. The Arenal is really a holiday paradise and will be sure to attract you at all times of the day and night. The port area is as the name suggest where the working fishing port is located. Today you can still see the local fisherman bring their catch to the daily auctions and visit to see this in action is a must. The port area also has numerous bars, restaurants and shops. The final area of Javea is the old town with it's narrow streets and historical features. A step back in time to 'real Spain.'
Costa Nova is an elegant residential area of Javea located just a few minutes drive to the beaches, bars and restaurants. In Costa Nova and within walking distance from the villa there are woodland walks, Tennis club, Petanca courts(like French Boule) numerous restaurants and a bar.
