Shamrock Suite is one of Knoxville's newest, premier properties. Overlooking historic Gay Street in downtown Knoxville, this 2800 sq. ft. three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath suite provides the perfect place to stay for sporting events, celebrate that special occasion or just stay and soak in the city. It is conveniently located in the historic Burwell building at 602 S. Gay St. adjacent to the Tennessee Theatre and is within walking distance to all the downtown hot-spots and restaurants. You can also catch the trolley to the UT stadium.

This suite is beautifully decorated with many unique features including exposed antique brick, reclaimed barn wood walls, decorative molding, custom-made cabinets and trim, oak hardwood floors, whiskey barrel sink, tin ceiling from the 1800's, pool table, dart board, 70" TV, kegerator and fully stocked kitchen. You will feel totally pampered and completely at home!

Two bedrooms have Queen beds and one has a King.

Full-size washer and dryer and all linens and towels provided as well as toiletries and hair dryers.

This is a perfect place to have a business meeting or corporate retreat.

We have concierge services available and can help with your catering, food and beverage needs as well as helping to set up and plan your event.

Why Owner / Property Manager chose Downtown

We fell in love with the windows and the original decorative molding that give the property it's special character. We wanted to enjoy the space ourselves and to share it with the locals as well as those traveling to our great city. The location is ideal for those attending or performing at the Tennessee Theatre and is in the heart of downtown Knoxville.

What makes this condo unique

Besides the beauty of the building and the warm, inviting décor, we are hands-on owners who want you to have a special, enjoyable experience and will do everything we can to make that happen.

Gorgeous, convenient, and impeccable

This property is undeniably one the greatest all around properties. Owners are the kindest, most accommodating, the property itself is outstanding in every way. We cannot think of one thing that didn’t meet or exceed everything we were looking for.

A beautiful clean spacious apartment.

Perfectly suited for three moms and three middle school kids in town for a tournament. The only drawback was the bar downstairs that was noisy until 11:15 or so. After that time it was quiet but you can hear people on the street in the morning. Also there is a condenser in the closet of the apartment that comes on and off that is also fairly noisy. Cindy was very accommodating and left nice cookies, shampoos and helped get us in on the first day.

First class accommodation in the heart of the downtown action

Family of four used the condo for a long holiday weekend and greatly enjoyed the experience. This is the place to be if you want to experience the nightlife of the city , the most happening of restaurants and the music venues of Knoxville. The property is very up to date, comfortable and well laid out; perfect for entertaining.
