Welcome to The Palm View Estate (formally known as Pooh's Paradise), located in beautiful Formosa Gardens Estates. This newly upgraded 3900 square foot, 7 bedrooms, 6-bath villa is within 3 miles of the main gates to Disney’s Magic Kingdom. This luxurious professionally decorated vacation home boasts a total of 4 King Master suites all with there own master bathrooms and flat screen TVs. 3 located on the ground floor and one upstairs on the 2nd floor. In addition there is a Queen bedroom with adjacent bathroom on the ground floor and 2 children’s theme rooms upstairs. Winnie the Pooh room, with 2 sets of NEW twin bunk beds and the Mickey Mouse room, with another 2 sets of twin Bunk beds. The kids' rooms share a full bathroom. After a long hot day at the parks relax and enjoy the enclosed 30x15 free form heated pool and watch the kids play in the Mickey Mouse shaped children’s pool. Living Room with 50'' Wide screen Plasma TV, Game Room with 42'' LCD, DVD, Playstation 3, Pool table. Many more features.
Just thought I would pass on a short note to you that we all had a wonderful time in Pooh's Paradise. The house was more amazing then in the pictures. The distance to the parks and shops made it a real stress free trip. Again, just an amazing home that we will continue to recommend to anyone we know who is planning a vacation south.

Thanksgiving/ 50th anniversary celebration for our 4 generations. This home was perfect in every way. We've had many great VRBO experiences, this was the biggest & best so far. We were family of 16, ages 3 to 71, with many good cooks. Photos can not do justice to this beautiful home, it's all you see & more in the details! Kitchen a cook's dream, & fully equipped for serving a Thanksgiving dinner for our crowd, to keeping up with & sending all home with clean laundry.
The very nicely heated pool & hot tub + noodles & toys galore kept our little ones entertained. Beautiful Pool Table, huge flat screens & games kept older kids happy as well! The outdoor kitchen was the place to be. Our grill cooks were picking out the new equipment they wanted at home, seated dining for 16 in addition to huge flat screen & seating pit for 12, perfect for Thanksgiving football. Should you have tiny ones in your group the house is beautifully equipped for a baby, down to toys & children's silverware.
In addition the owners are very responsive & easy to work with, sadly there was not time to accept the invitation to see their other properties in the area. On site property manager readily available & offering help although none was needed. If Orlando is your destination this property will not disappoint! Happy family headed home to HI, OH. & FL
The website does not do this place justice! Especially with all the upgrades and backyard additions. We good not have been happier. :)
Poohs paradise was a great rental choice for our group of 16 to include 8 small children. Upon our arrival the home was very clean and tidy and was in very close proximity to grocery stores, shopping and most important for us the Disney Parks.
We would definately recommend this property again.
Our second stay at this house was great. Perfect location, clean and confortable rooms and very good amenities
Cleanning of living room needs to be better, specailly below furniture. Al so the grill outside nedds to be cleaner and repair (do not heat up well).
The TV on the pool patio did not work and neither did the Play station in kidd`s room.
The last day of staying, an alarm from de room locked (the one below the stairs) went off, we call the phone number provided, but no one came to fixed, fortunatelly, it stoped in the afertnoon.
Everything else was excellent, this is a great recomendation for a big family.
This is our third stay at this particular house. We love the home and the location. We had some problems which I felt were preventable. By whom I am not sure, but I don't feel that they should have been the burden of the vacationeers. The grille did not operate correctly. It would preheat up to 600 degrees and then would fall back to barely heating. It appeared that the gas was getting low, but obviously was not out. While I can understand that refilling gas tanks could become the responsibility of the lessor, I would think that if you advertise that you have a grille at a home, then it should be able to function.
The second issue which really compounded the problem along with the first issue was that the oven in the house stove would not heat properly. It ended taking 4 hours to preheat the oven to 400 degrees the first time we tried to use it on Sunday. It never took less than 45 minutes to get it up to a cooking temperature. That ruined the Sunday evening meal, and ultimately played a part in us throwing out almost a hundred dollars of meat and poultry when we left. Meal planning centered around planned events became disrupted. I called the maintenance people on Monday morning first thing and gave a list of items that we had problems with. I told them that none of the other items needed to be done to disrupt our time there, but that we needed the stove to operate because of the grill problem. The woman that I spoke to said that someone would be there either later that day or the next day to look at the stove. I called back on Wednesday morning first thing inquiring the status. They mentioned that they did not realize that we needed immediate help and that someone would be out that day to look at it. A repairman did come out later and verified that there was a problem. He said that either parts needed to be ordered or the unit replaced, but that it would take a couple of days. Later that day we received a call from the management company verifying the same information and they noted that they were contacting the property owner. He called a bit later and told us that he did not feel there was a problem with the oven and if it did need parts it would take a couple of days to get and as for the grille, there was nothing that could be done filling tanks are the responsibility of the lessor. Parts in two days would have been received on Friday at the earliest, too late for our stay.
There were other items of concern but I don't have room.
Our stay at Pooh Paradise was amazing! Location was perfect not to far from the parks which we did spend a lot of time in with our kids & grandkids. We felt so at home the house and pool where so clean & fresh and the space for a crowd of 16 was perfect!. We would recommend Pooh's Paradise to everyone. One thing I would would like to suggest: a small beverage fridge in the games room, we did do a lot of BBQ'ing because we wanted to hang around the pool, and with 16 people the fridge did get full way to fast.
A place we ate at several times is the Golden Correl buffet so much to choice from! excellent prices not far from the house!
There are so many gift stores around the area a lot cheaper than the parks...
