5 bed village house with large pool and beautiful large gardens

Large house with two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and convertible double sofa bed in living room area. Outside area consists of a large shaded terrace and a 9x5 meter deep pool. Landscaped gardens with fruit trees around the house.,

Pool shower and separate wash room/toilet in garden area. The entrance gate at the rear of the property leads to a parking area large enough for two full size cars.

The living area with dining set and TV corner is furnished with a corner couch which doubles as twin bed. A top mattress is stored under the seat making it a comfortable bed. The living area has access to WiFi for which tenants will receive the access code after their firm booking.

The water supply has TWO fauchets, one of which supplies water from a private well which also supplies water to the garden shower. This water is of good quality, but not recommended for drinking. A second W/C fauchet supplies water from the public system. This water is potable for cooking etc but using bottled water for drinking is recommended.

The airconditioning units in the bedrooms have time limiting switches which allow tenants to switch them on for periods up to 6 hours, after which they can be Re-set.

Rustic and very private property, with garden and pool areas not visible from adjacent properties. Pleasant shaded areas under terrace and large trees.Blossoming flowers and the large pool are the main focus of the villa. Situated in the heart of Peyia and an easy walk to the village centre.

If more than 5 guests require accomodation we may offer a small private adjacent studio located in the same plot with access to the pool, This self contained 2 room studio sleeps 2 persons.

Leuk huis met geweldige tuin

Zeker een aanrader. De waterdruk in de douche is niet hoog en de matrassen in de masterbedroom hadden beter gekund. Maar afgezien van deze minpuntjes was het echt goed. De keuken is heel goed uitgerust, goede pannen en fornuis. De tuin is helemaal geweldig, een heerlijk zwembad en mooie beplanting. Kruiden en fruit vers uit eigen tuin! Ga een keer uit eten bij Oniro by the sea, heerlijk eten met een geweldig uitzicht. Ook restaurant Sienna (op de weg naar paphos) beviel ons heel goed.

Fantastic holiday at this lovely house

We had two fantastic weeks In Cyprus, staying at this beautiful house. We loved the large garden, which was well maintained and clean. We compared with some of the other holiday houses in the village and realised that our property stood out because of the large, full depth, pool and big garden. The house had all the conveniences we needed and we liked the terrace in particular. Our teenage kids were very happy with the pool. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We strongly recommend it for families with not very young children.

Geweldig huis, groot, mooi groot zwembad, mooie tuin, genoeg schaduw, alles er op en eraan, incl. wasmachine.

Auto huur aan te raden om de vele mooie bezienswaardigheden van Cyprus te kunnen zien. Nog een dag genieten van deze heerlijke vakantie.

A short walk up hill to the village centre. The house area is very quiet and private. There is no view into the garden areas from adjacent village plots.
