Drying upscale washing machine. Internet access with free Wifi. Ideal for 2 couples with children. Baby chair and cot provided. New bedding. Supply of towels, sheets, duvets and blankets. Parking in secure basement for one car. Accessibility disabled persons. Free shuttle to the Disney park nearby. The residence is ideally located close to the Vallée Village (outlet village) and close to a large shopping center. Bakery also very close. The neighborhood consists of new residences, very quiet and in a green environment with the presence of a lake and a kindergarten aménagé.Le beautiful Disney golf 27 holes is also nearby.
Finally, access is direct from the A4 motorway.

We stayed in this apartment - 3 adults and 2 children and it was the ideal size, there are 2 twin rooms with 2 single beds in each, and 1 double room with a good sized double bed. The windows have shutters on them so there isn't an issue with light waking you in the morning. One of the rooms has a shower room attached to it with a sink, there is also a family bathroom with shower over the bath and sink and a separate toilet in a utility type room including a washer/drier. It would have been better to have another toilet to use at times but we managed!! Any issues we had were quickly resolved by the owner and we were met on arrival by Jose who explained as best as could everything about the apartment and local area.
The location is ideal, within 15 minutes walking distance of Disney Village, Studios and Park but on days when it was raining there are also the use of a free bus which picks up from the Hi Park Hotel and is only a 3 or 4 minute walk from the apartment. Walking the other way about 5 to 10 minutes takes you to the Val d' Europe shopping centre which has an abundance of shops and restaurants including a large Auchen supermarket (although that is quite a bit through the shopping centre so if buying heavy items remember it may take up to 30 minutes to walk back!! The restaurants are on the nearest side of the shopping centre though. There was also the "Val Village" which was a street lined with expensive designer shops nearby the shopping centre.
Also close by the apartment was a bakery which was open early every day except Wednesday. If yourrequired anything on a Wednesday there were plenty bakers to choose from in Val d' Europe.
I would fully recommend this apartment to anyone who have a party of up to 6 people and would like to pass my thanks again to Stéphane, Jose and Thierry (the driver who picked us up from the airport and took us back after our holiday). They all helped our family holiday run smoothly.
Property was very clean and comfortable, within easy reach of Disney and walking distance to Val d'Europe shopping center and RER train station.
However on the negative side there are no wardrobes for hanging clothes and allocated parking space was unavailable
Our family stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the Disney parks. The apartment is super clean, well stocked with towels and blankets, has an underground parking spot, and is walking distance to Disneyland, patisserie, park, rer train stations, restaurants and 2 great shopping malls. The washer/dryer was nice to have. As a traveler, I would have liked the apartment to provide soap and shampoo in the bathroom, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and some basics in the kitchen such as cooking oil. We couldn't understand how to get the satellite tv to work, but enjoyed the selection of French and English language books.
We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was well equipped , clean and in a good location for visiting Paris by RER and driving to sites outside Paris. Also it is a 5 minute walk to a huge shopping centre, restaurants and an amazing Boulangerie. We did not go to Disneyland . The inside parking was an added bonus. Josy was very helpful and friendly on our arrival.
Mooi ruim appartement met drie ruime slaapkamers. Twee badkamers en een keuken met afwasmachine, koffiezetapparaat van nespresso. Beneden in de garage kan je de auto parkeren voor 1 auto. Mocht je met twee auto's zijn dan kan je ook voor de deur of in de buurt parkeren. De bakker zit om de hoek waar ze heerlijk stokbrood verkopen.
Wij gingen naar Disney en dat ligt echt op zo vijf minuten rijden maar je kan ook met de bus die bij een hotel om de hoek stopt. Je moet alleen wel even de tijden controleren wanneer ze komen en weer vertrekken vanuit Disney zelf. Op het plaatje zie je een zwembad erbij maar dat ligt op tien minuten rijden van het appartement.
Degene die alles regelt spreekt alleen geen woord Engels en wij heel weinig Frans dus met handen en voeten werk kom je er wel uit. De borg krijg je gelijk terug bij vertrek.
Kortom wij hebben genoten!

Le dépôt de garantie sera intégralement remboursé le jour de départ si solde payé en cash à l'arrivée. Si, paiement intégral par le site Abritel Homeway, le remboursement se fera par virement via Homeway.
Important, le check-in se fait à 15h00 et le check-out à 11H00.
