Set in beautiful gardens, with access directly onto the beach. There is a very large swimming pool with a paved area to enjoy lying on the sunbeds and taking the all day sunshine. This very spacious, 2 bed apartment can sleep up to 5. The large terrace have outside dining furniture, sunbeds and overlook the gardens. The kitchens are fitted with German appliances and marble worktops, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine,microwave, fridge freezer and toaster. The lounge has ample comfortable seating, TV, DVD, full width patio doors, with uninterrupted sea views. the apartment is furnished to a high standard. the apartment has 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath and 1 with executive shower unit. All bathrooms benefit from underfloor heating. Master bedrooms enjoy spectacular sea views. There are ample fitted wardrobes and individual air conditioning. These apartments provide very spacious accommodation, with ample shaded areas on the terrace, to enjoy outside living, whilst being safe from the mid-day sun.

Car essential

Car is essential as transfer from Malaga took nearly three hours.we did not realise the distance involved. It was also a taxi ride into estapona. There was very little privacy on the balcony. The noise of the main road was loud as was the apartment above scraping their chairs on the floor. There was an issue with a lot of flies behind the patio door curtain but I managed to get rid of them. On the positive side the apartment was ok but as I wrote at the start a car is essential

Awesome Apartment!

We absolutely loved the apartment. The panoramic view of the sea was awesome – both from the balcony and the living room. Although we ate out most days when we did cook, the range of cooking utensils, kitchen gadgets, etc made it so easy – just like home. Access to the pool was also very convenient and not at all packed. However, we did miss the parasols for the pool side loungers. The apartment manager Tony was also very helpful in terms of ideas and suggestions for restaurants and days out.

Perfect family apartment!

Just spent two weeks in D15 and I have to say it was perfect. The rooms were all well equipped and excellently furnished, kitchen was ideal for cooking family meals.

The balcony provides excellent space and you are not overlooked by anybody whilst also giving safe and direct access to the pool area. The pool is a lovely area too, plenty of space, sun loungers and kept clean at all times.

It is advised that a car is needed but I wouldn't let this detract from the positives this villa provides, so much to do/see/eat and drink within ten minutes drive.

We'll definitely be going back next year for pure peace of mind and assurance that we know we'll have a great time (again).

Fantastic location for a relaxing break

We booked apartment D15 for a 4 night break and had a fantastic time. The apartment was spacious for the 4 of us and well equipped to a high standard. The view from the apartment is just as good as it looks in the photos, if not better. The complex was clean, well maintained and quiet, the pool area is lovely and this apartment has direct access to the pool.

The area is remote so a car is needed to get to the local supermarkets. You can walk to a couple of really nice beach bars/restaurants, about a 15 min stroll along the beach in the direction of Casares. The garage next door to the complex stocks the essentials along with fresh bread.

Communication from the owner was very good and prompt throughout the booking process. All in all a real find and we would all definitely return to this apartment.

Nice home away from home

We had high expectation before we arrived and were not disappointed. The apartment is nicely appointed and well equipped for all normal cooking. The beds are nice and we slept really well. We enjoyed sunshine during most of our stay and used the terrace every day. The view from the terrace is wonderful. We had long walks on the beach and enjoyed some swimming. A couple of restaurants down the beach were perfect target for our walks. All things considered a very nice place to stay. You do need a car.

The old town of Estepona is just a five minute drive away with its pedestrian shopping area, beautiful old square where you can chose from a big selection of restaurants and bars. There are two marinas within 5 minutes drive one very popular with the British (Duquesa) the other a little more Spanish (Estepona) both have many shops, restaurants, disco's and bars. Just 20 minutes drive away, Marbella and Puerto Banus, offer opportunities to star spot, go upmarket shopping, or party all night. You can take the train to Ronda, described by the BBC as one of the top five train journeys in the world. This one hour forty minute trip takes you through spectacular scenery to this famous old town perched on top of a huge gorge, it has the oldest bullring in Spain, fantastic views over the countryside and lots of special churches. Gibraltar is a gentle 30 minute drive away with its British shops and old red telephone box's. Don't miss the apes or the Dolphin or Whale watching.

A non returnable deposit of £150.00 GBP per week is payable on booking to secure the reservation.
the balance together with either a £350.00 GBP returnable security deposit or accidental damage insurance waiver this is charged at £4.50 GBP per person, (this will give you £100.00 GBP cover per person for any accidental damage, this does not cover you for willful damage and negligent behaviour, this payment is non returnable), is due 6 weeks prior to commencement of hire.
Hire commences at 16.00 hours on the date of arrival and terminates at 10.00 hours on the date of departure.
All prices include final clean and a linen and towel change after 7 days on all stays of more than 10 days.
A beach towel will be provided free of charge for each member of the travelling party.
The following items can be provided at extra charge..

5% discount is applicable for bookings of 14 nights or more,
