La Pleta is located on the top of a hill which is accessible via a private track. It boasts 21,000 m2 of land and 220 m2 of living area. What with being situated only 3km from Pollença old town and 2km from the sea this is a privileged property. Transport is a must.
The views of the bay from one side and of the green mountains in the valley from the other side are so impressive and the immense beauty of the surroundings is difficult to put into words. The Mediterranean garden which surrounds the private swimming pool with a Finnish canal and the adjoining terraces demonstrate the exquisite taste of the owner, an expert in the countryside.
La Pleta has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, electric oven and a bar, everything that one might need for a summer holiday. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace where breakfast can be enjoyed whilst absorbing the sunning views of the countryside.
A spacious dining room with large windows and a big wooden table, with a log fire and comfortable sofas invite the client to relax whilst perhaps watching the TV or a DVD or even benefiting from the free WIFI service that we offer.
On the ground floor next to the dining room there is a bedroom with a double bed, with a dressing room and en suite luxurious bathroom.
Next to the main entrance there is a beautiful staircase leading up to the first floor where there are 2 more bedrooms, 1 double with with an en suite bathroom and another with 2 individual beds with ample space and balconies, allowing for accommodation for 6 in total.

La pleta is situated only at 3 km from Pollensa and 3 Km of Puerto Pollensa. The House is built on top of a hill from where you can see the whole Bay.
It is essential to visit the different monuments in the village, especially the Calvario, a chapel on top of one of these hills, which can be reached by walking up 365 steps. Once you arrive at the top a stunning view of the village can be appreciated including the bell tower and the Puig de Maria, another chapel located on a hill right opposite the Calvario, at a height of 320 m. From there one can see all over the bay of Pollença, the bay of Alcudia and the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana, stunning in itself.
On Sundays there is a market in the square offering all sorts of typical products from the island, together with local fruit and vegetables. It is really worth having a stroll around the old streets of the village and stopping off in one of the local bars to enjoy a refreshing drink. There are many restaurants in Pollença with a choice of international cuisine or indeed typical mallorquin delicacies.
Only 2 km away from villa La pleta, is the beach of Port de Pollença, with a selection of pubs, bars, restaurants and shops to choose from.A bit further up the coast from Port de Pollença is Formentor, it´s well worth a trip to the lookout point at Colomer or the lighthouse at Formentor to absorb the immense beauty of this area of the island.
Cala Sant Vicenç is not far away with 3 prestige beaches to choose from with turquoise coloured water, exquisite.
For golf lovers there is a 9 hole golf club on the outskirts of the village and there are 20 golf courses on the island.

When booking, the customer must pay a deposit of 25 % ( + - ) of the total booking amount in a bank account that will provide the owner at the time. The rest is paid when you arrive at your holiday home. The owner will coming to visit you in one or two days.
Rental Taxes are included ( not the ecotax ) as well as electricity, water, gas, ...........The owner loose the deposit if their cancel the reservation.
Upon receiving the transfer (one week maximum) the owner will send you the booking form.
