Gleaming maple hardwood floor through living room with a fireplace, and kitchen which provide living space, a modern kitchen including stove, microwave oven, kitchen island with eating bar, dinning room for 6 people and corner pantry for lots of storage.

House has attached double garage and double car driveway, fenced yard.

This house is located in Kincora, Northwest Calgary. A beautiful area with 120 acres of park and Environmental Reserve, and an extensively landscaped Storm water pond with play equipment. With all major grocery stores close by as well as all amenities you need just in few minutes drive.

Wonderful for a family!

We found this house a few days before leaving on our vacation and it was perfect for our family with two kids under 4. The house had everything that we needed, there was plenty of space, it was clean and welcoming, and close to the main roads, so it was easy to go to the zoo and Calaway Park. Jade was very helpful, even when our cable TV stopped working on our first night. She didn’t manage to fix it, but helped as much as she could. The property was also near all amenities, including a Coop, Shoppers Drug Mart, and plenty of restaurants. We will definitely try to use this location again in the future!

Clean and well maintained property; perfect for our family.

This property was perfect for our 5 day stay in Calgary. Perfect size for our family of seven and great location in North Calgary for access to the airport and trips out to Banff. The property was clean and well maintained. Jade was pleasant to work with and very accommodating.

Would NOT recommend.

We booked Jade's home for 12 days which is quite pricey. During check-in Jade required we show proof of ID and asked to take a photo of our credit card (which is illegal). as she already has proof in the system of who we were... We did mention to Jade prior to booking the space that for 3 days there will be a total of 6 guests during the trip and she agreed and said it was ok, but Jade had 5 beds set up when we got there so we figured when our 6th guest comes she will accommodate. Closest to the date of our 6th guest arrival we asked Jade if she had an air mattress and she said no, a couple of days later we realized that we really need one as being adults we did not want to share beds. We had to call Jade and literally beg her if she can bring an air mattress from one of her other listings for us. She then caved in and said the air mattresses were in the closet hidden in one of the rooms. Not only did she have one air mattress but she had 3 in the closet. We were baffled at how she did not want to accommodate us.

She also didn't have a lot of things in the house, cleaner, a blender, trash bags, as she asked us to take out trash huge garage can out and keep her place clean.

We did our best, to accommodate ourselves, but hopefully she hosts better after reading this review. She will be a better hosts.

Owner's Response: To Seun and your organizer: We have been servicing and managing 8 vacation rentals in Calgary for years and this is the FIRST TIME we received a one star review. Our previous guests and travelers always gave us 5 stars and 4 stars review about their stays and our hospitality services. *This is our First managed vacation house, FIRST TIME this house had 4 broken heat vents after you guys checked out, and leaving piles of garbage outside the Black Bin, Green Bin and Blue Bin which you didn’t follow the house rule to -sort out the garbages, recycled items and the food wastes at all, plus you didn’t put the bins out to the drive way on garbage collection dates that I informed you with the printed schedule inside the house on check in date. Besides, I did sent you an text message ahead of time about garbage collection date. *This really affected our neighborhood and also our city of the new green concept. As you guys stayed in the house for 12 days. *You guys also left the house carpet with many dirts which took our care taker extra time to clean the house. *Regarding air mattresses, we have 3 in the house and we offered this to our previous guests who had 8-9 people stay. We always well-prepared the house to our guests. Since you only have 5 - 6 people stay and you DID NOT inform me in advance about needing the extra beds like air mattresses. However, I did said YES to you when you texted and begging me for air mattresses and I told you where it was located, etc. I still have all texted messages from you and your organizer whom did most of the communication with me as records. *I should mention the house has 3 bedrooms and a bonus room which can accommodate 7- 8 people easily for bedding. *At last, I believe our future and returned guests whom have read my response to this one star review have bright judgement and know who is telling the truth, the real story. Beautiful house well situated easy drive to down town and to the airport

We stayed at this beautiful and very clean well equipped house 4 adults and three little children there was plenty of room for every one the kids loved the play room with TV and the back yard they even picked on the cherries . We will definitely go back . Jade was really nice and very welcoming she was able to accommodate us even though we arrived really late as we were driving from Vancouver . Our only complaint was the living room couch is very old and it doesn't go with the house it is an eyesore

This is a GREAT place to stay!! The house is SUPER CLEAN. It also have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host Jade responds to your questions very quickly and when possible will accommodate your requests. Would DEFINITELY recommend!!!!
