Apartment with pool with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeps 6 full equip

The apartment is in a holiday complex, on a corner plot, with its garden and pool, and consists of 2 houses (in the apartment living below the owner, if they needed something); making housing more quiet. It is a modern new apartment with a spectacular light. The pool is only for those 2 houses and is equipped with sunbeds and parasols and a table with chairs and a 3 seater swing. The pool is facing the natural park, so peace is absolute. The apartment is 115 m2 and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), kitchen and BUGADERIA, and a large room with a large terrace with spectacular views of the Albufera Natural Park in which it is wonderful breakfast or dinner. Upstairs has a huge private terrace with loungers and table and chairs for customers only. It has air conditioning in both the living and the 3/4, which are fully equipped with linen and towels and everything you need. The bathrooms are complete with a bath each. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, refrigerator, oven, and everything you need in a kitchen as well as BUGADERIA consisting of washing machine, etc. The room is large and has 3 sofas and a table if they want to eat well inside. It has international satellite television. It is located just 150 meters from the beach, so you can walk. The beach is wonderful, perhaps the best of Mallorca, and is fantastic especially to go with family, rest easy and enjoy children. They can take long walks and watersports. The area is very quiet, but there are all kinds of equipment, such as rent a cars, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and transport are required to move if necessary

Lovely holiday...

Lovely apartment. We were a party of 6 and it accommodated us perfectly. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Jaime was very helpful but we felt like it was only us there as we very rarely saw him. We had the pool to ourselves all week which was fantastic. You are a few minutes walk from the beech, bars and restaurants but you wouldn't know this when you are at the apartment as it's very quiet. We didn't sit out much in the evening due to the mosquitoes but we were never bitten. I would highly recommend this apartment m.

Lovely location, good facilities, great holiday

Our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 teenagers) stayed here for a week. The 2 storey apartment is located in a quiet street off the main road.

The owner, Jaime , lives downstairs and was very welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to stay later than our 11 am checkout. This was really helpful as we had a late return flight.

The view from our balcony was of the nature park and beyond to the hills and we spent many an evening enjoying the sun go down.

The apartment was spacious and clean , the only improvements I would say would be to upgrade the broadband speed and refurbish some of the decor both internally and externally.

We had shared use of the pool as members of Jaime's family and friends were there from time to time which you need to take into account.

The shops , bus stops and beach are very close by along with numerous restaurants (we recommend the Royal Grill for authentic food and friendly service).

Overall a lovely location, good facilities and a great holiday.

Lovely holiday apartment

Stayed for a week in July (2 adults, 1 teenager). The apartment is lovely with a nice pool area and plenty of sunbeds. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The beach is very close and looked lovely. Jaime is very helpful if you need anything but we had the place to ourselves which was great and even better, no fighting for a sunbed! I would highly recommend staying here. We didn't want to go home!

Home from Home

Stayed here in August 2014, for 2 weeks with my family of 5. The apartment and pool are beautiful, well maintained and ideal for a self catering holiday. Jaime was so helpful, from initial enquiry back in January to our last day of the holiday.

The apartment is situated in Playa de Muro, which although most still call Alcudia, is a resort in it's own right. Everything is right on your doorstep, the beach a 5 minute stroll away, restaurants and bars closer than that - though the apartment it is still peaceful at night.

There is a good bus service on the main road to take you to the "Blackpool" end (Bellevue area), the port or the old town which is only 1.75 euro each way or the taxis are also inexpensive.

All in all a lovely relaxing family beach holiday. We really didn't want to come home.

Familia portuguesa :)

Este apartamento é muito agradável, bonito, espaçoso e de bom gosto. A cozinha está completamente equipada. Limpeza impecável. Camas muito confortáveis.

Localização espetacular, numa rua tranquila onde até os pássaros se ouvem pela manhã. Vista para a reserva natural, fantástica! Muito perto da praia (5m a pé).

Tudo impecavelmente limpo e cuidado com alguns "miminhos" do Jaime à nossa espera à chegada. O Jaime é uma pessoa extremamente simpática e muito prestável. Adoramos a nossa estadia nesta casa e recomendamos vivamente a todas as pessoas que pretendem conhecer o norte de Palma.

Uma palavra especial para o Jaime: "Excecional". Muito atencioso, disponível e hospitaleiro.

Very good place to stay!!!

Dear Jaime, thank you very much for these awesome holidays! We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is very nice and clean. The location is wonderful and really close to the beach. Jaime had some nice tipps for us (like Albufera Natural Reservate) and was always there for questions! The apartment is equiped very well with everything you need for a very pleasent stay. We highly recommend this apartment :).

The apartment is located in a quiet area in the front line with excellent views of the Albufera Natural Park, which you can take excursions. At the beach you can walk and is 150 meters; and is one of the best and quietest areas in the bay of Alcudia; a beach of fine sand. The apartment is located in a square and corner of the street, which gives it even lighter. Nearby there so it all kind of facilities such as bars, supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations, souvenir shops, a hospital 500 meters, rent a cars and bike rental, sports facilities, and you can perform multiple water sports (skiing , parachute, jet ski, surfing, ...). While no public transport links to go to different areas of the bay. You can visit the Roman ruins and the walls of Alcúdia, excursions to different coves, Puerto de Pollensa, Formentor, Can Picafort, etc. On the beach can be arranged likewise sunbeds and parasols

I explained a little consisting apartment, and say it's a special place, in a natural environment such as the Albufera Natural Park. He is very familiar with the tranquility of being a little out of hotels and bars and also very close to the beach where you can walk. In the downstairs apartment occupied by the owner who will help you in your questions or needs and is a person who likes peace and respect among neighbors and collaborate on everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible
