The sea

Bright 4-room apartment, 90-sq.m, located in the very heart of old quarter of Endoume, 10 min walking from the sea (district of Malmousque) and 5 minutes walking from the old harbour. This double-oriented apartment is flooded by light all the day. Located on the last floor of a small building, the 3 quiet bedrooms have view of the gardens. The apartment offers 3 cosy 160-cm beds, an open plan fully equipped kitchen opening onto a 50-sq.m living room, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a travel cot, as well as a high chair upon request. TV, Wi-Fi Internet, and music are available. Pets are not allowed (but we can speak about). Near you will find all the shops, and you will be 5 min away from the city centre. Public transport (bus 61 and 80) at the foot of the apartment complex can take you to the centre or to the sea. The motorway access is 3 min away (Aix, Lyon, Aubagne, Nice, etc.), perfectly located to access it and to come back avoiding the traffic. Minimum rental: 2 nights.

A lovely apartment in a great location. Everything is easily accessible by foot but if required there is also a bus stop right outside the door. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 adults. Cedric also spent time with us explaining which sights to see and places to eat.

Haben eine wunderbare Woche erlebt.

Der Standort ist sehr gut.

Ruhige Lage.

Tolle Ausstattung.

Bäckerei, Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe und die nächste Busstation liegt direkt vor der Haustür.

Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und perfektes Handling.

appartement idéal pour une pause citadine

Nous avons profité de ce logement pendant 3 jours. L'appartement est bien fidèle aux superbes photos de l'annonce. Chaque enfant a adoré la déco soignée mais aussi le confort chic et simple d'un logement de villégiature. Le logement bénéficie d'une jolie lumière et les 3 chambres bénéficient du calme de la cour : nous avons très bien dormi dans la literie de grand confort. L'accueil sympathique de Cédric Michon nous a permis de prendre nos repères et d'envisager les bons choix, merci! C'est notre coup de coeur 2016, on reviendra vous voir !

Appartement très agréable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût.

Situé au dernier étage d'un immeuble de deux étages, il est très lumineux, calme et spacieux.

En plus du confort, les équipement proposés y sont de qualité (literies, salle de bain, électro-ménagé, cuisine, etc...)

Très bien situé dans Marseille (entre le vieux port, la mer et Notre Dame de La Garde), nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable.

Les commerces de proximité y sont nombreux et de qualité (suivez les conseils de Cédric).

Je vous le recommande très fortement, les photos sont tout a fait conformes, et enfin Cédric est un hôte disponible, attentionné et discret.
