This pretty, blush coloured villa is built on one level in the
traditional style of Mallorca. Sloping down from the villa, an
immaculate garden features a large pool deck with sun beds and a
parasol. The pool colour matches the clear sky above, just waiting for
you to enjoy. An ultra-luxe highlight to this villa is the private
tennis court, great for a good game of doubles. To the side of the
property sits a standalone, outdoor cooking area with Spanish BBQ. Fire
up the coals and throw some fresh prawns on to grill.
With four bedrooms which can host up to eight guests, the interiors are
fashioned like a country home. Wooden, slatted floors and ceiling beams
in the living areas have a farmhouse appeal. With cosy sofas, leather
armchairs and indoor plants, you’ll feel at home right away. The

Situated on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Majorca, the picturesque town of Alcúdia boasts an eclectic mix of history and culture alongside white sandy beaches and an animated nightlife, making a holiday villa rental in Alcúdia a firm favourite with tourists.
With spectacular views of both ocean and mountainous headlands, Alcúdia is a truly diverse resort. The Mediterranean climate, along with the vast 11 kilometres of white sands exhibiting many beach-side cafés and restaurants, makes a villa in Alcúdia a must for sun-worshippers.
For those searching for a more active holiday, villas in Alcúdia are well served by a plethora of activities to keep you occupied – including scuba diving, beach volleyball, mini-golf, horse riding (one to two hour treks are usual) amongst a multitude of other sports. Ever wondered what it would feel like to fly? Then ‘Paragliding Mallorca’ has got something to offer you. Weather permitting, daily paragliding flights launch from Puig de St Martí (the big hill with the aerial masts, about four kilometres from Alcúdia Port).
A private villa to rent in Alcúdia is a great option for keen golfers too. There is a wide selection of fantastic nine and 18-hole golf courses which are only a short drive from the resort centre. The closest being ‘Club de Golf Alcanada’ at just 4.5 kilometres from the centre, situated right next to the ocean and surrounded by pine, olive and oak trees (prices start from around €45).
Just a short drive from our luxury villas in Alcúdia is the ‘Hidropark Alcúdia’, a huge water park with many slides and pools. The park is open every day from the beginning of May until the end of October, making for a fantastic family day out. The price for adults and children over the age of 12 is around €18, for children aged three to 11, around €10, and for children under the age of 3, entrance to the park is free (‘SuperGolf’ and cloakroom carry extra charges).
If you want a more cultural experience during your stay at a villa in Alcúdia, then you’ll be pleased to know that the town boasts a vast historical heritage, offering sightseers an historic mix of archaeological sites, traditional buildings, its own museum, and a local historic bullring which still stages fights today. The walled town also plays host to a bi-weekly market (Tuesday and Sunday) offering an abundance of regional goods and produce, from fruit and vegetables to antiques and handicrafts.
Situated towards the northern end of Alcúdia’s extensive beach is Puerto Alcúdia, Alcúdia’s main port and fishing village. Along with a vast promenade and marina where the sea front is lined with excellent restaurants boasting a menu of the local daily catch, this enchanting area also comprises more traditional Spanish-style shops and cafés, just a short stroll into the backstreets – so whether you’re into fine food or relaxing retail therapy, a private villa in Alcúdia makes a great base for a truly serene holiday.
Villas in Alcúdia will appeal to nature lovers, too. The town and its surrounding areas possess an abundance of nature and cycle trails from beachfront to mountainside, which are an excellent way to view the island. Bicycles are available to hire locally from around €8 to €20 per day.
