The kitchen is fully fitted with hob and oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The lounge/dining room is comfortable with TV and CD Player. There is a two deep three seater couches. The large dining table easily sits 6. Each bedroom has a balcony and there is a large balcony with seating for six off the lounge and facing the pool. The secure gated complex has underground parking for one car but there are numerous other spaces outside.

Zeer ruim appartement met airco, en naast zwembad

Dit appartement kunnen wij iedereen aanraden. Het is zeer ruim, schoon en alles is aanwezig. Mooi overdekt terras, met trapje naar zwembad. Op loopafstand naar het strand. Op loopafstand van station en haven. Het oude centrum ligt iets verder weg maar is ook goed te lopen.

Met de auto zijn mooie rotsstranden te bereiken. Boottochtje is een echte aanrader, via eigenaar te boeken. Eigenaresse is zeer attent, wij hebben prettig contact met haar gehad. We komen graag een keer terug. (Alleen het internet was niet altijd even goed)

Excellent appartment

Stayed here two years running with my family and two years in other appartments in the block. Spacious and modern in the right location! Very relaxing place to be, ideal for lagos town and beach.

Dinis and Arine are very easy to deal with. See you next year!

great apartment

Just come back from 10 day stay at this top quality apartment. Very comfortable apartment, well furnished and equipped. The apartment is 10 mins walk to the nearest beach (which is fantastic) 5 mins to supermarket and Marina, The old town is a bit further but lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Lovely pool but it was a bit busy; this was not an issue as we preferred the beach. Slight criticism; the apartment is advertised as having satellite tv, well it has but there are no british channels apart from BBC world news, this may be small point but I am bit of sports obsessive and wanted to keep up with test cricket scores (sad). This apartment is excellent value and would recommend to any family.

Excellent property with every imaginable utensil

Propertywise, we thought we couldn't improve on last years stay in Portimao. We were wrong and delighted to be wrong. The apartment was in immaculate condition throughout which made our stay very enjoyable. The location is perfect and because of its proximity to the marina and town itself saved us a fortune on taxi's that we didn't need to take! Everything is within walking distance and Dinis was just a phone call away if we needed anything. Would have no hesitation to returning to this apartment.

Sehr schöne Fereinwohnung

Voll ausgestattete, wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, mit Pool der von der Terrasse aus direkt zu erreichen ist. Lagos ist fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten entfernt.

The historic town of Lagos is located in the Western Algarve just 55mins from Faro Airport, easily accessed via the new motorway. Lagos has some of the best beaches in the Algarve including the magnificent 5km Meia-Praia beach and possibly the most photographed - Praia Dona Ana. Lagos has a population of about 20,000 people, which leaves the town pretty active even in winter. There are 4 excellent golf courses within 15 mins drive of the town. The closest is Boavista just 2miles away, then there is Palmares, Parque de Floresta and the Portuguese Open course of 2004, Penina.

The apartment is situated in a sophisticated residential area . On foot you can reach Pingo Doce supermarket within 5 minutes to do your grocery shopping, and within 15 minutes you reach the promenade or the historic old town that is well worth visiting. . Here there are numerous shops and restaurants to choose from. Until late at night you will find cheerful hustle and bustle with street musicians and pubs where you can get comfortable on one of their outside tables. Boat trips are available to view the grottos and sea caves, or to go Dolphin watching out at sea. In Lagos you can also find a marina, a train and a bus station. Additionally, there are different markets on site depending on the season, as well as concerts or sportive activities. By car you can reach several, marvellous beaches or golf courses. Within a short drive you can visit the many water parks and the famous zoo marine with its interactive dolphins and for an extra charge you can swim with the dolphins. Lagos is the ideal location to explore the further surrounding like Monchique, Sagres or the wild but romantic western coast which also attracts surfers and nature lovers.
