This is a fully furnished home located on the Manatee Pocket. Direct ocean access is just 15 minutes of 'no wake' zone. You can put your trailered boat in at Sand Sprit Park and park your trailer at the house. The dock will accommodate up to a 28 foot boat. Note that there is a fixed bridge with approximately 7.5 foot clearance at Medium tide. Kids and Grandkids as well as adults, will love the private Boat/fishing dock. There is alway a lot of wildlife activity in and on the water just a few steps from the house.
There are three bedrooms: Master with sitting area, shower, jacuzzi and patio doors opening to the Lanai. The second bedroom has a queen bed and privately attached to the cabana bath which also has a patio door opening to the Lanai. The third bedroom has (two) twin beds and is adjacent to a third full bath. There are fans throughout the home as well as central heat/air-conditioning.
The home is decorated in a Jungle motif and is very comfortable for lounging and entertaining. There is a Dining room that seats six, a living room that seats nine and seating in the Lanai for 11.
Stuart is known as the 'Sailfish Capital of the world' and has many things to offer in the way of activities. If you do not have a boat, you can rent one for the day or week locally, or rent a Private Charter for the day, or even a party boat for the half or full day. The intercoastal offers many state parks that give direct ocean access and free dockage for the day.
Restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive and there are Five to choose from. There are several public golf courses as well as many local beaches for long walks, shelling, swimming, sunning, picnicing, Surfing, Windsurfing as well as kite boarding. We are halfway between Miami and Orlando (less than two hours in each direction). The Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) in West Palm, is a 35 minutes ride south of here.
NOTE: The owner is a licensed Real Estate Sales Person. There is a Cleaning Service Charge per week of rental. There is also a 10.5% 'Bed' or 'Resort' tax charged by the County and State, that we must collect on their behalf.

Pati and I live in an older home also located on this 4.5 acre hideaway. This allows me to give you all the services that make staying here a pleasure. I am a retired contractor, so any problems that might arise and I'm here to service them immediately. If there is anything I can't handle, I have specific tradesmen to expedite those larger issues. I also do all the garbage collection so you don't have to walk the 400' walk to the curb. Pati calls me 'MacGyver' when I repair something we thought beyond fixing. She also calls me 'Magoo' when something takes longer or costs more than I told her. After 44 yrs, she knows me pretty well.

We have Landscapers that manicure the property each Friday and I am the pool guy. I coordinate my visits with the Landscapers to minimize interference with your stay.
This has been such a wonderful week. A little baseball, a little beach time, a lot of relaxing! Your home is awesome. I truly hope to come back and stay another week or even more. Thanks!

Seven Day Rentals periods which include a Holiday i.e.: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Stuart Air Show & Thanksgiving are rented at the Winter Season Rates.
Payment of 30% is paid at reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to expected arrival. Winter Season Guest's balance is due 45 days prior to expected arrival. If there is less than the appropriated 30 or 45 day period, full payment is expected at booking. Money is collected by either personal check or wire transfer.
