CASA MELONES is located on a hillside above Melones Beach. This elegant home has a distinctive Caribbean flair. The dramatic Caribbean water views to Vieques, Cayo Luis Pena and on to the mountains of Puerto Rico are breathtaking and the romantic sunsets are inspiring. This 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath residence offers a large covered deck for lounging and dining, designer kitchen and bathrooms, spacious, well decorated bedrooms and a lovely dipping pool. The residence is composed of two buildings. The main building contains an open living area w/kitchen and half bath. A covered deck with the master suite and private deck is located under this area with a separate outside entry. The second building contains two bedrooms and two baths and is entered via a walkway which is adjacent to the dipping pool. The property is well landscaped with indigenous trees, plants and palms to create a perfect tropical paradise for the total relaxation of your spirit.

REMAINING BALANCE: The remaining balance is due in full at the time of check-in. Your remaining balance will usually include the rent balance + refundable security deposit + applicable taxes.

SECURITY DEPOSITS: Security/Damage deposits are required for every house we represent; amounts vary based on individual houses. Security deposits cover loss, breakage and excessive cleaning fees. They are promptly refunded/processed within 14 days after check-out.
Culebra is our Brigadoon. It is a magical place, off the beaten path, yet easily accessible. When we are on the Isle de Culebra, the rest of the world doesn’t exist. There are no high rise hotels, only beautiful beaches, great snorkeling and wonderful people. Oh, and of course there are sea turtles. Much of the Island is protected because the beaches are turtle nesting sites. Culebra is one of the best kept secrets of the Caribbean. We hope you will come and explore. Just don’t tell too many of your friends.
Very quiet, private community above Melones Beach that offer astounding views of Melones Beach, Luis Pena Island and almost the whole of the Marine Reserve. Melones beach offers world class snorkeling/diving and this home is just a short distance from the downtown area while remaining very secluded & quiet.
