This 3 story home constructed in 2013 features 4 bedrooms that sleep 8 comfortably with a bathroom and shower on every floor. The 3rd floor master bedroom has a king sized bed that makes you feel like you're in the tree tops. Perfectly located on a quiet corner across from the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge Marsh, just 600 feet from Goose Rocks Beach, a three mile long sandy beach considered one of Maine's finest. Conveniently located, our home is a short walk to GRB General Store and the Tides Beach Club Restaurant. There are hardwood floors, granite counter tops and abundant natural light throughout. The first floor features an open concept living, dining and full kitchen area. The 2nd floor has 2 ample bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed, the other with 2 single beds, and there is a full bath with tub/shower. The 3rd floor features the master bedroom, a 2nd open bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and a small seating area - a spectacular morning coffee spot. Other amenities include: washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, outdoor enclosed shower, picnic table, Adirondack chairs, and charcoal grill.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Kennebunkport! First time to this part of Maine and the location of Paul’s house was great. Really easy access to the beach! House was super clean and we really liked the setup. Paul was a great guy - made it easy by meeting at checkin, made sure we had everything we needed and even sent a handful of recommendation for food/activities. It was great being a walk from the Tides Beach Club too. We’d definitely go back again.

Quiet neighborhood and short walking distance to the beach. House had everything you would need for a Maine vacation including a lobster pot! Paul was very responsive to any questions we had. Would stay at this property again.

As always we had a wonderful stay at Paul’s house at Goose Rocks Beach. Perfect location, updated and very clean with all the amenities one would need for a week. I think this is our fourth year staying here and we can’t wait for next year!

Perfect Stay at GRB!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Goose Rocks Beach. The house is meticulously maintained - very clean and updated. You have everything you could need, including a very short walk to the beach. The reservation and check-in process was clear and simple. Paul is very responsive and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and comfortable vacation spot!
