Very safe and convenient ,on the ground floor in a secure complex

the apartment is in a two floor apartment building .it is on the ground floor with a patio to the grounds. It is like a one bedroom suite in a hotel, lounge dining room ,king size bed with A/C,shower and toilet and kitchen with everything in it.Including washer dryer and patio for breakfast.

The beach and pool access is across the road.. You will be supplied with a membership card for private access ..beach walk is close to night life shopping ,beach and public transport ,a car is not necessary

Please note that wifi is provided free of charge. It does not form part of the booking contract. If for some reason it fails I will do all that I can to get it reconnected but there will be no liability on my part for loss of service.

close to everything..you dont need a car

There is a new duty free shopping mall called Limegrove 5 minuets walk it offers reasonable resauranrs, bars and a cinema including high end merchandise

What makes this apartment unique

there are only 16 units and everybody is very friendly and helpful. Lloyd the manager has an office and lives in one of the apartments his phone number is on the office door to obtain your beach club membership card. The apartment is the size of a hotel suite with kitchenette,washer dryer,large fridge

Ignore negative tenant response. Great place.

First off, excellent location. We met the previous tenants before we took possession. I don't think anything would please those two. They were so "uptight" no wonder they gave a negative review. I won't be. Book after November 18 2017 when the new grocery store will be open. Right at your doorstep. Wonderful restaurants walking distance to the apartment. Loved the screened outside area - kept out the hot sun in the afternoon. Ran out of propane on last day. Elaine was there within 15 minutes. So great to have the owner available. Membership at the Sunset Club was wonderful. Enjoyed a cocktail party one night and movie night another night. One big happy family. We both had the bed sleeps ever. Thanks Elaine for your hospitality.

Not Recommended for Long Stay

This was our second stay of 2 months in this condo and unfortunately it has deteriorated in between our visits.

The arrival clean was not satisfactory.

The fridge leaks water and needed cleaning.

The bathroom bowl needed bleaching and also the toilet bowl needs replacing.

No food preparation knives are provided and limited cooking and prepping of food utensils.

The bed linen is of poor quality, the pillows and mattress cover are very stained.

The pictures on the web site are not fully representative of the condo and does not show the limited kitchen space and the enclosed trellis balcony.

The owner never made contact with us through out our stay, other than her going back on our understanding that we would be allowed to stay until late afternoon on the day of departure.

Owner's Response: Half way through Rays stay I informed him as normal about their time of departure. The check out time is normally 11am but I knew he had a later flight so I informed he could still use the beach membership card facilities where we have a large pool,restaurant and showers for later departures.. his cases could be held in the office. I had new tenants arriving at 4pm. I had to clean and have it ready. He took exception to this and has written a nasty review . I am especially upset as he had a very cheap rate for his stay and was astounded he thought I was unfair.

Our first visit to Barbados

We spent a very comfortable and enjoyable 10 days at this apartment. It was as described; clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is ideally located close to supermarket, beach, pool and restaurants. The picture is taken from the clubhouse where the pool is. We look forward to returning to Elaine's apartment and Barbados next year. Leszek and Louise bober

very convienent to everything supermarkets,duty free shopping,bars,restaurants and beach 2 mins walk..buses 2 mins to everywhere

Beach and pool membership is across the road at the Beach House, it has showers and lock cupboards for changing..an ocean front dining facility great inexpensive caribbean buffet
