Sole apartment occupying the entire second floor freshly decorated with a new kitchen and appliances, new bathroom, new flooring & new windows & window blinds. Light & airy decor throughout the apartment.

Free WiFi / Free internet / Free telephone calls (free UK landline calls within phone package). Heating in every room.

The property comprises:

-Living/dining room with: large sofa/couch (which can open into a double sofa bed/clic-clac), armchair, coffee table, side table, foot stool, dining table, 6 chairs & high definition HD television/TV. This room has a bright open outlook with 2 new windows with acoustic glass onto the street.

-2 double bedrooms at the rear of the apartment overlook mature gardens. The bedrooms are quiet & private and separated from each other, and separate from the living room area. Master bedroom has: double bed, 2 bed side tables, large chest of drawers, extensive fitted wardrobes and a new window. Second bedroom has: double bed, 2 bed side tables, tall chest of drawers & wardrobe.

-New modern semi-open plan kitchen with all new appliances: cooker, 4 ring induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer & microwave with grill. Plus kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine. All essential cooking utensils provided. 6 person dining service/tableware.

-New modern bathroom with: WC, sink, full size bath tub with a shower & screen. Storage cupboards.

My apartment is in Chelsea, within the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, by Redcliffe Square, in-between Fulham Road & Old Brompton Road.

There are many bus-stops close-by.

The nearest underground/tube station is Earl’s Court Station which is on both the Piccadilly Line and District Line. The Piccadilly Line provides a direct service to Heathrow Airport & to the Eurostar Terminal at King's Cross St Pancras Station. PLUS, there is an 'EasyBus' mini-bus stop within walking distance at West Brompton, which provides a direct service to Gatwick Airport.

Also, nearby is West Brompton Train Station which provides trains to Gatwick Airport and to the suburbs to visit Windsor Castle or Hampton Court Palace and to the Harry Potter Exhibition north of London!

A Bicycle Hire Station is close-by on Harcourt Terrace.

Plus, the Thames River boats are nearby at Chelsea Embankment.

I took my family with me on a business trip to London (November 21st – 30th 2012.) We had an amazing time and a big factor was choosing this apartment was. Firstly we had pre-arranged to check-in very late at night (arriving from Gatwick) & were still welcomed warmly. The apartment was comfortable, really clean, and looked like the website photos. The location was excellent: close to two tube stations with bus stops everywhere. Round the corner are grocery stores & numerous restaurants & pubs. There was even a gym near the tube station. It was close to everything we needed (including Starbucks!) We'll be back next year. Thanks Caroline! 5/5

Fantastic stay in great location

Our family of 4 (2 teenage boys and my husband and I) comfortably stayed at Caroline’s flat in March 2018. Our arrival could have been disastrous - our flight had been delayed 4 hours and at one point it was questionable if we would even be able to depart on the plane at all - but Caroline kept tabs on our delays and assured us that she would be available once we did arrive. When we finally got in, several hours late and exhausted, she was warm and welcoming and was quick to make us feel at home. We can’t thank her enough for getting our holiday off on the right foot!

The location itself is great — close to Earls Court Tube station and to many great restaurants and grocery stores. It was a safe and pleasant neighborhood. The flat is spacious and the beds extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped.

We very much enjoyed our visit to London and owe that in no small part to Caroline’s hospitality. I’d gladly recommend her flat to others and we look forward to visiting it again sometime soon.

Comfy and very clean flat with excellent location

Caroline, the owner, is very responsive and accommodating. I received prompt responses to my inquiries, and Caroline's transaction instructions are very straightforward. We had to add a day to our stay (fortunately there was a vacancy) and leave early in the morning on the last day and Caroline was able to accommodate our schedule.

The flat was very clean when we arrived. Caroline was there to greet us and help us get settled. The flat is as represented in the advertisement. Modern, clean and comfortable. There are double beds in the two bedrooms, and a fold-out double sofa bed in the front room. The bathroom was spotless with several cabinets for use for toiletries.

The flat is located on the third floor and there is no elevator.

The property is located on a very busy one-way street but once the front windows were closed it was very quiet, especially in the back of the flat where the two bedrooms are located. Other than the traffic, the neighborhood was also very quiet, especially after 10 pm.

The location of the property is in a safe neighborhood, even after dark we felt at ease walking from the tube station to the flat.

As Caroline mentions in the listing, the flat is a ten minute walk to the Earls Court underground tube station. There are two grocery stores in the area, and several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance.

Caroline is a very professional landlord and her flat is a wonderful place to stay in London. When my wife and I return to London, we intend to stay there again.

Cosy apartment

Overall a smooth experience from start to finish. Caroline met us at the apartment to familiarize us with all the things we would need for our stay and gave us some excellent local knowledge tips. As advertised the apartment had good facilities such as washer/dryer and well equipped kitchen. While the road on which the apartment is situated is very busy, the bedrooms at the rear of the apartment are quiet. Local parking is difficult so better to not have a car. Location is a 5 min walk to a Tesco Express & less than 15 mins walk to Earl's Court tube station where there's also an M&S nearby. After a long day the 3 flights of stairs to the apartment can seem a long way up, but were very comfortable here.

This flat is amazing: wonderful location, meticulously clean, loaded with conveniences (washer/dryer, dishwasher), and attractively decorated. The bedrooms, which face a pretty garden area, are dead quiet, and the beds are so, so comfortable. Caroline was great, too. She was very responsive to emails, met us at the flat to orient us, and provided detailed instructions and helpful information. We could not have picked a better place to stay in London.

Convenience and comfort

This apartment was ideal for our family of four - a clean, decent sized, well located base for seeing London. Despite central location, we slept well with no noise at night as rooms are located at back. Bonuses were having information and maps provided, Caroline greeting us promptly on arrival, and a Nespresso which helped us wake up each day!

My family of six stayed in this flat for a week over our spring break. Caroline was quick to answer emails and helpful with questions. She was there to show us the flat upon our arrival and left detailed descriptions and expectations. The flat was close (short walk) to restaurants, small grocery stores and Earl's Court Tube station.
