The villa is ideal for adult couples & families with small children, elderly groups with limited walking abilities. Located a short 10min drive to the shopping, restaurants & bars in the Old Town of Rethymno.
Layout


The property grounds are enclosed in a solid high fence allowing for full privacy during stay . The sleek entrance of the villa opens up to a kitchen, dining & living room areas. Contemporary euro design kitchen with full size appliances includes all the necessary kitchenware essentials for at home dining experience. The kitchen island seats 3 guests at the breakfast bar and 8 guests at the dining table next to a custom made wine showcase. The living room includes pillow back sofas, 55 HDTV w soundsystem & Netflix, Alexa VA activated bluetooth speaker, and a common area washroom. Separate enclosed patio with two outdoor hanging basket chairs. The living area connects with the outdoors through large panel floor to ceiling sliding doors which lead to the furnished outdoor pool & BBQ areas.


Outdoor amenities include:


50sqm (8 X4.5) pool with depth throughout 1.5 meters. The pool can also be heated upon request with an additional charge per day.

The 10 meter shallow river with depth of 0.45m. A gate separating from the main pool is available upon request.

4 luxury sunbeds & a double daybed with 4 umbrellas

2 bean bag chairs that also can be used as floaties.

The villa includes yoga mats and weights for the guest to use. Sliding door leads to the garden area outdoor shared terrace with seating available.

Ensuite Queen size bedroom((1,80 x 2,00) or can be customized to two single beds (0,90 X 2,00) available upon request. The bedroom includes: an open wardrobe area, suitcase stand, A/C, 40 HDTV, Alexa bluetooth speaker. Full bathroom includes a walk-in glass shower with hydromassage jets. Sliding door leads to the playground area outdoor terrace.


Next to the villa entrance is a laundry room which includes a washing machine and clothes dryer.
Automated gated driveway allows for private parking space for 2 cars on the premises


Physis Villa is approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".

Regarding the location, I would like to let you know that the Villa is located in Pigi village and its location gives you the advantage to reach all necessary daily amenities on foot. In the village one may find a few taverns, super market, bakery, butcher, traditional cafe, as well as a pharmacy. Additionally, a playground, basketball and football courts are available in the village, very close to the Villa. Furthermore, the closest sandy beach is just 4 km away and the picturesque old town just 10 minutes away by car or the bus.
