This apartment boasts a large balcony with unlimited sea views, great for afternoon cocktails, outdoor dining or simply to watch the world go by.

Whether visiting Alicante, Benidorm or Ibiza this would be your ideal location to stay.


All windows have just had new blinds fitted to match the recently painted feature walls. 32 inch televisions and air conditioners have been put in the bedrooms. (2015)

July 2014 we refurnished the patio, lounge room and both smaller bedrooms.. The main bedroom furniture was replaced about 24 months ago now.

The cleaning fee of Euro 100 is for 6 or less people, please add Euro 15 per guest over 6 per stay.

A Meet & Greet fee of Euro 18 is also charged. This is for our manager who will meet you at the apartment upon your arrival. He will show you through the apartment and show you how the various items in the apartment work.

We are Peter, Kim & Lee (father, mother & daughter) We live in Perth Australia. We visited Torrevieja in May 2012 and had a holiday in this very apartment. We fell in love with the place and the apartment, so purchased the apartment. We would like to share our apartment with others.

We fell in love with the quite tranquillity of the area that this apartment is in. And being able to just sit back and watch the world go by. Yet just down the road there is a town centre. In our opinion this is the best apartment available in Los Locos bay..

What makes this apartment unique

This apartment has a centre beach location equal distance left & right, top floor penthouse privacy, and Mediterranean views. There are Mediterranean views from every window. Every morning there are workers on the beach combing it down, cleaning it up so it is clean and safe for those visiting it each day.

Guestbook comments from the manager

We spent a wonderful 10days in this spacious flat. As you pass through the spacious lounge/kitchen area to the balcony, the view is incredible. Panoramic view of the sea and the beach. We could sit for hours on the balcony looking at the view.

The lounge is extremely comfortable with relaxing chairs and TV with many channels. The kitchen is fully equipped wth many extras.

The large double bedrooms have very comfortable beds. I was pleased to find a good hairdryer that didn't need an adaptor.

There is a bus stop close by with buses into the centre or to places farther afield.

There are restaurants & shops close by. Martin was very helpful with any queries we had. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

There are a couple of umbrella's in the apartment for your use if necessary. There is one carpark available in the garage under the building. please advise us if you require this and we will make sure you receive the enrty card to the garage area.

Nice view but cockroches in the apartment

The cleaning of the apartment was quite bad. That resulted in that big cockroaches appared the first night. We asked the manager when we arrived why they have traps for cockroches in the apartment. His answer was that they never had seen any, but when they showed up he said it is very common in all buildings in the city. The owners only expressed their surprise that we are not used to see small animals in apartments. The cockroches were up to 2cm. There were of course also small animals in the kitchen cabinets and wardrobes, and many other things that didnt work as it should.

Owner's Response: “Hello Ulla & Ove, Thank you for reviewing your stay in our apartment. Reviews are always welcome, they help us to improve our service to our guests. We understand that the cockroaches distressed you and are very apologetic to you for their presence. As soon as we heard from you that the cockroaches were present our manager came to the apartment while you were out for the day. He cleaned the cupboards, replaced the cockroach baits and sprayed the apartment. Our manager apologises for the misunderstanding of what he said when you arrived. He has told us that you asked him why there were cockroach baits present in the apartment. And he replied that they are there to stop the cockroaches, and that he had not seen any in the apartment prior to your arrival. By this, he meant in the time he was in the apartment the day you arrived. He did not mean he had never seen them. Again sorry for the mis-communication here. My reply about the presence of the cockroaches was that they are very common in places that have warmer weather, and I explained that I know this because I live in a part of Australia where we have lovely warm weather for approximately 9 months of the year. Cockroaches are present in the cleanest of homes here. We are very interested in hearing back from you about the other things in the apartment that do not work. As we live on the other side of the world, unless we are told about things that are broken we are unaware of them and unable to organise the repair. We have asked our manager to talk with the cleaners and to arrange for the cockroach baits to be replaced more regularly. Kind regards Peter, Kim, & Lee”

Great property, plenty of space and great location

The property was spacious, clean and well equipped to a good standard. The balcony with see views made this property, ideal for breakfast and that cheeky bottle of Cava in the evenings. We were a group of 6 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. The air conditioning was a god send as it was 34 degrees in the day and 24 at night. Great location for bars and restaurants. Car parking was great, would have been lost without it! We will stay here again next time we visit this area.

Una estancia fantastica,

La casa es enorme, muy bien equipada, y con unas vistas fantasticas, primera linea de playa. Las camas son muy comodas y la cocina tiene una mesa enorme para poder realizar las comidas alli. Nos encantó. Volceremos a repetir seguro

lovely beach apartment

This apartment is lovely and roomy lots of space, plenty room for unpacking. i would really recommend this property to a family , close to beach,shops bars and restraunts, nice and clean and manager only a phone call away if needed,great location for familys with kids as beach across the road we had great fun. we stayed here in june for 8 days and made it our home,great to sit out in balcony in the evening and watch the world go by,los locos beach only across the road
