About this property

The apartment is situated a short 5 minute walk from Leamington Spa town centre with its multitude of restaurants, pubs and shops, gardens and the railway station

The apartment comprises the entire ground floor, of a recently refurbished period building. Built to a high specification with Villeroy & Boch bathroom suite, integrated kitchen appliances, the apartment has been furnished tastefully.

The apartment's front door is down a short flight of stairs, which opens on to a large hallway. The lounge, dining area and kitchen are to one side of the hallway, with the doors leading to the two bedrooms and bathroom, are on the other.

The hallway, lounge and dining area have period style wooden floors. There are comfortable seating options in the lounge with a large 3 seater sofa and arm chairs, flanked by side and centre tables, floor and table lamps, television and a feature fire place. The dining options are set for four, with a mixture of dining chairs and a long stylish bench.

The bedrooms both have woollen carpets, full size mirrored wardrobes, double beds, side tables and lamps. Each of the bedrooms has french doors, opening to small outside areas. There is also a second, separate rear entrance to the apartment, through one of the french doors, which is convenient when both bedrooms are occupied.

The bathroom is fully tiled, with shower over the bath, Hansgrohe fittings, heated floor and heated full length mirror. There is a door leading to the restored wine cellar, through the bathroom.

The kitchen has stone effect tiled flooring (with underfloor heating), with a galley style of integrated appliances fitted within units. The slim stone worktop, is lit by low level LED lights, as is the plinth.

We would like to minimise the environmental footprint, and have fitted the apartment accordingly. There are dimmable, LED down lights in all the rooms and the lamps are all LED. Heating and hot water use a Greenstar Wocester Bosch Boiler, and the kitchen appliances are A rated (with the exception of the washer/dryer which is B rated).

The apartment is serviced weekly for longer stays.

Terrific apartment.
This apartment was clean,tidy & welcoming.The manager,Alok, went over & beyond to make sure we were comfortable.We were in the area to visit family,but I would fully recommend this property for a Warwickshire holiday as it is very close to Leamington's centre & the beautiful parks.

Leamington Spa family visit
We very much enjoyed our stay at Buckland House. The property is centrally located meaning that it is easy to walk to the town centre and its attractions. There is also on-site parking which is a great benefit in a town centre property. The property is very comfortably furnished with plenty of space. We were a couple, however, the apartment would easily accommodate up to 4 people. All of the appliances were modern, the majority appeared to be new. The property manager was excellent. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our arrival and was available for any questions during our stay. I would highly recommend this property should you wish to stay within the town of Leamington Spa.

Very comfortable
A very nice apartment, comfortable, cosy and nicely decorated. The furniture are very good quality. Alok is more than nice and welcoming, making everything posible to make your stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place, and will surely come again.
