The Algarve & Alvor: The Algarve has a temperature climate all year round and boasts about 300 days of sunshine. Tourist season extends from March to October and it only really quietens down in winter. The wonderful sandy beaches of the Algarve are unspoilt and amongst the best in the world. Explore the majestic Sierra de Monchique or the rugged beauty of the western tip of the Algarve. Water sports such as swimming, snorkeling and big game fishing are popular along this coast when exploring the caves and grottos. Water parks and theme parks are also on hand for the children.

Local food: The local food just has to be tried, with fresh fish straight from the mornings catch. Most restaurants have charcoal grills and producing some of the best food of the region. With local wines and mouth watering steaks, what more can you ask for!!!

An excellent apartment with everything you need, in an ideal location.

This is the fifth time we have used this apartment and we have already booked for next Easter. The location is perfect for walking to the Marina and main bars and restaurants. Check in is very easy and everything is available within the apartment including wifi. The local supermarket is two minutes away and we eat lunch on the balcony most days before using the pools or beach. We tend to drive the three minutes to the beach we use, to save any potential moaning from the children regarding the walk. I am all for the relaxed holiday and this helps. Alvor still retains the fishing village feel but has good quality restaurants and bars without being too crazy. More family and couples and golf parties than stag and hen do's. Alvor is reasonably priced and very friendly. We hire a car and travel to other towns and beaches that are all close by. It is only 45 minutes drive from the airport and the cost of the car equates to the same as a one way transfer so definitely worth doing.

We are looking forward to our next trip already.

Lovely property

Another enjoyable stay in Alvor weather wasn’t brilliant but the apartment had everything we needed to stay warm and enjoy the sun when it did come out. Walked 35 miles in the week on the boardwalk by the beach.

Really lovely apartment with everything you need, I would say one of the best in the complex. Position and view over the pool is very relaxing, a short walk to beach and into Alvor. Sun on balcony in morning and shade late afternoon - perfect. Xx

Wonderful apartment in family friendly complex

We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks in August. It was spotless, well equipped and in a perfect location overlooking the pool. The huge balcony is a real bonus. After the first week the apartment was cleaned and towels and beds were also changed. The owner was quick at responding to any queries we had. We have stayed in a few apartments in Vila da Praia and this is certainly, in our opinion, one of the best.

Fantastic apartment

Fantastic place to stay and relax, we were met on arrival and shown around both the complex and apartment. Very spacious bright and clean. Situated near restaurants with easy access to beach. Never a problem if wanting a sunbed near pool. Massive balcony to relax in the sunshine and have your evening meal. Already booked to go back next year.
