The Cottage is located just outside the medieval village of Miravet with its Templars castle, its potteries on a curvature of the river Ebro in a large valley with cherries, almonds, peaches, nectarines and olive trees.
In the village are several potters who still work in the traditional way and several historical buildings. Further, in the village of 2 craft battle back to back, a small supermarket, a traditional bakery and a cozy restaurant. Directly on the Ebro are two terraces where life is good and also offer stunning views of the Templar Castle and the historic buildings of the ancient village. The locals are naturally hospitable and friendly.
Sports and shopping in Mora d'Ebre
Mora d'Ebre has the small town 8 km away on artificial turf tennis courts where in winter and summer and also at night can play at night. Nearby is a new indoor sports complex with swimming pool, gym, squash and other activities. Twice a week are given in Mora Pilates classes. Mora are 3 good supermarkets, nice clothing stores, shoe stores, a trend y winebar, bio shops and a well equipped hospital with excellent medical care.
Villa Eden and Eden Cottage can be rented for a longer period. The houses are well insulated and have central heating. From November 1 to April 1, there are special rates from staying for a month. Winters in Spain are mild and can often tasty lunch outside and enjoy the pleasant light and clear skies.
Beaches Costa Dorada
From Miravet in about half an hour several beaches of the Costa Dorada, to achieve the Gold Coast. Most beaches of Hospitalet, the "blue flag" status which means that the beaches are clean and the Mediterranean Sea. Along the usually quiet beaches are a number of restaurants with a pleasant atmosphere.
Horta San Juan
Picasso lived in Horta San Juan and has begun to Cubism. The Centre Picasso d'Orta is a museum dedicated to Picasso certainly is worth.
Cave Hikes Benifallet
Benifallet has six caves, two of which are open to the public: the Cova del Dos and Cova Meravelles. In the last with some imagination between the eroded formations "the woman without head", "cow", "Dragon", "the organ" to find "the bear" and "broccoli".
Wine Route Priorat
This wine route passes through the small, remote but beautiful wine region of Priorat. Since D. O.Q recognition (Denominación de Origen Controlada) in 1954, the Prioratwijn received worldwide fame. Now it is one of Spain's best wine region. The grapes grow here on steep slopes up to 700 meters high and have to deal with cold winters and dry summers. It is a beautiful area with quiet villages. You have to be stepped feeling in another world where you will not want to leave.

Kayaking on the river Ebro
With a kayak move is the best way to get close to nature.
