3 Bedrooms Villa (Sleeps 6). Private Pool. Garden with Large Terraces. 2 Garages

House built in 1999 and reformed in 2012 for 6 people with spacious terraces and private pool (measures 9 x 4,30 - 1 mts depth -1.5 mts depth- 2.00 mts depth ). Fresh water. Very quiet place. Ideal for families with children or seeking peace people. Just located 4km from Puerto Pollença, 5 km from cala san Vicente and 3 km from Pollença town. There are some sights to visit. In the north there is a nice town with beaches with white sands to visit and swim. In pollença is a golf course a 4 km and another a 12 km. If you prefer nautics sports, in puerto pollença is a sailing school and boats and sailing for rent. There are also excursions exploring the beautiful beaches and coves of de area. These tours are recommended. If you want to diving, there are few diving centre.

Both pollença town, puerto pollensa or cala san vicente, there are very good restaurants to eat, so fresh fish of de bay or grilled meat to. The owners are happy to recommended some if they wish. The owners speak English (a little).

I will rent this house since 2016 ( my first year ). The number License holiday stay of the house is the 219 (ETV).

My Name is Joan Campomar Cerdà. I rent this villa, but the really owner is my mother, Joana Aina Cerdá Cerdá.

I'm born in 1964 and i have a young daughter than born in 2006 . We have 2 more villas for rent. Ca'n bou petit, REF: 459081 ( for 9 persons and 3 more persons optionals ) and villa El reconet de n'Aina, REF: 448266 for 6 persons. Both villas very good situated and quiets, and the really owner is my father, Antonio Campomar Cerdá.

We rent this villas for more than 17 years ( can bou petit ) and more 10 years ( El reconet de n'Aina ), and we never have any trouble with my customers.

Why Joan Campomar chose Pollença District

Because is situated in the best area of the town. The villa is neally new, ( I lived there my past 12 years ) is very quiet and is very close to all sites.

We try always that our customers feel like at home, but without disturb them.

What makes this chalet unique

The villa is so close to the town, beach, bars, supermarkets,..... for that is not really necessary the car if you like for walk for 15 minutes. Anyway, i will recomended you rent a car also.

Also there are a good neighbors and there are not noice of cars or others. Is situated in a private way.

Great holiday villa

Great location near to Polenca and Porto Polenca set away from the main road. Lovely villa and outside area with great pool. Joan was very helpful and a really nice guy to deal with.

Fantastic villa for a family

This has been the third time we have booked a villa near Puerto pollensa but the first time at cana polida. From booking until we left, communication with owner Joan was excellent.

The villa and grounds are set out very well for family holiday. The pool had the sun all day and there was a large shaded area for keeping cool and eating. We spent the majority of time eating outside. There is great bbq area which gives the property a real family feel. The villa inside was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The slight negative was the strong smell of damp which seemed to be worse in the small bedroom with the single beds in. We had to use the air con to rid of the smell which was very unpleasant. This wasn't enough to put us off returning but I think it does need looking into.

Unfortunately on our second day of the holiday the water supply stopped working due to a faulty pump. Joan was very good at trying to sort this quickly although we had to wait until the next day to get water again as the pump broke on a sunday when all of the shops were closed.

The location is fairly close to Puerto pollensa but a car is essential. There are lots of beautiful places to visit within half an hour drive so location is ideal. A top tip would be to bring insect and mosquito repellent. We got bitten quite a few times especially on an evening so come prepared. The local Lidl a mile down the road has plenty of candles and repellants.

All in all we had a fantastic holiday and would return again.

Family Holiday on Majorca

The property meet our requirements perfectly and was every bit as nice as the photographes protrayed. Ideal location midway between old Pollensa town & Puerto Pollensa, near to the turn off for Cala de Sant Vicenc.

The owner, Joan Campomar, was very friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay went without any problems. The villa, grounds, pool, facilities etc. just simply matched our needs.

Pollença area is one of the most beautiful in Mallorca. It is located north east of the island and the town is surrounded by green mountains. One of these small mountain is the sanctuary of Puig, where you can see the entire valley of Pollença, Puerto de Pollença, Cala San Vicente and El Puerto de Alcudia. Are wonderful views.

In pollença town , you can also visit the Calvary, a shrine which is in another small hill. To climb, you can do it with rear by car or by having 365 steps from the front.Since there is also a beautiful panoramic view.

In the port of Pollensa are able to enjoy a wide white sand beach, in addition to a variety of water attractions. Not to forget the women, who also have a variety of shops to buy if they want any souvenirs, furs, shoes, perfumes ...In the Cala San Vicente are the most beautiful bays of the island. They are small, but standing were placed north, water is blue transparent as glass.

Do not miss visit Formentor . A Mallorca famous place.
