VILLA 4 rooms. 3 BATHS 1 TOILET FOR 8 PEOPLE + baby.

This villa is located on the hill of San Jaime, with excellent sea views. It has 4 double bedrooms (two en suite), 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet, fully equipped kitchen (hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), dining room, living room, all equipped with the appropriate furniture and kitchenware . AA offers. AA. throughout the house. Internert access (WIFI).

Outside there are terraces, solarium, illuminated private pool, garden, barbecue, outdoor furniture (table, chairs, loungers) and exterior lighting.

lovely villa with great facilities and beautiful views

We had a wonderful 2wk holiday in July this year . We were 2 families (4 adults 2 teenagers 2 youngsters). Alberto, the owner, met us on arrival and showed us round and explained everything, he was very friendly and helpful.

The villa was spotlessly clean, and while we were there they came and cleaned the villa and also changed our towels twice a week. The pool man came to clean the pool and the gardener cut the grass.

The villa itself was very spacious. The outside space was lovely - pool was about 2 meters deep which was great for jumping in, there is a BBQ, sunbeds and table and chairs. Very relaxing and the view across Son Bou is just stunning. Great start to the day eating breakfast outside looking at the view.

We didn't hire a car but a 2 minute downhill walk took you to a supermarket, bakery and restaurant and if you walked down and took a left it was a leisurely 10 minute walk along to the main area with more supermarkets, shops and plenty of restaurants and bars.

We would definitely recommend the villa, you wont be disappointed.

Lovely villa, very well maintained with excellent facilities and a stunning view over Son Bou beach

On arrival we were met by the owner Alberto who was very friendly and welcoming.

He showed us around the villa which was spotlessly clean and has excellent facilities; 4 double bedrooms (one on each of the floors was en-suite), air conditioning in every room, large fridge freezer, oven, and dishwasher.

Towels and bedding were provided with the cleaners calling a couple of times during our 10 night stay, once to provide fresh towels and the second time to change the bedding and towels.

The infinity pool was very clean and a good size, with a beautiful view out over Son Bou beach.

We were a party of 6 (Four adults and two kids aged 4 & 5) and we all had a great time in the swimming pool especially to cool off after sun bathing on the loungers that were provided.

There is an excellent outdoor brick barbecue which we used 3-4 times and cooked up some amazing steaks, sausages and kebabs from Lidl near Mahon (they seem to have the best range of meat from the supermarkets we went to).

Overall I can highly recommend this villa and I won't hesitate to book it again the next time we visit Son Bou.

We hired a car but you could easily walk in to the centre or the beach in around 15 minutes.

Son Bou itself has a good range of restaurants, our firm favourite is Casa Andres (the Chateuabriand is ridiculous!) which is simply flawless for both food and service - make sure you reserve a table the day before though as it gets very busy around 7pm onwards.

We also had great food at Es Corb Mari on the beach (you can watch the sunset whilst eating dinner - try the Mango Mojitos!) and Las Dunas.

Restaurant Es Forn De Torre Soli Nou is away from the centre but well worth a visit - an open barbecue grill in beautiful surroundings with great service (Menorcan sausages and Argentinian Steak are to die for!).

'APPROVED FOR RENT VILLA WITH OPENING LICENSE'.

The villa is located in the urbanization San Jaime Mediterraneo They're Bou (Alaior). It has excellent panoramic view from the terrace and the neighboring island of Mallorca is visible.

A 700 m. Son Bou beach of fine white sand, with a length of more than 2 Km is., is the most extensive of the island. On the western side of it, you can practice nudism.

In the commercial center of the urbanization find caterers, bar, cafe, rent a car, pharmacy, medical center, diving school, etc.

On the beach there is the possibility to rent sunbeds, parasols, pedal boats and boats, among others. There are also bars serving drinks and food. There is a public service of showers, Baywatch and a Red Cross.

If you like horse-riding, there are several stables on the island; one, the closest in Alaior. Also there Mahon, Ferrerias and Ciutadella.

A golf course with 18 holes in Son Parc (Mahon-Fornells road).

If you love hiking, the best option is the 'Cami de cavalls' GR 223 (Grand Tour), which runs along the perimeter of the island, with a distance of 180 Km. Being a wild and spectacular beauty, according to the section in which you are. You will find detailed information on the Mall or in bookstores.

If you want to try your luck at the port of Mahon, you will find the Maritime Casino where you can play roulette, blak jack, slots, among others.

Both in the port of Mahon and Ciutadella in, you can take boat trips, and observe the surrounding seabed, as well as the coast. They can also rent a sailboat a llaut or other vessel, for a tour of private type. If you dare, too, can go around the island (in stages), kayaking, since at the beach d'es Grau (Mahon), is a company dedicated to it.

In the port of Mahon, Ciutadella and Fornells, among others, you can enjoy the excellent cuisine of the island; do not miss it !!!
