Beautiful and welcoming attached house in the Palma bay area.  100 square meters apartment.

It has three bedrooms a very large bathroom on the upper floor.

A  very large, luminous and comfortable living room with dining area,

Big fully equipped kitchen.

Toilette in the ground floor.

 It has it´s own solarium terrace (50 square meters) with sunbeds.

Outside there is a barbecue and a laundry room. It also has an extra room for storage (suitcases, garden furniture, bicycle, etc)

This house is located on a perfect spot for enjoying as much in the summer as in the winter.

It is really suitable for families with children as well as for people who want to enjoy to be by the sea, the beach and the city at the same time.

 At only a walking distance there are plenty of restaurants and also beautiful bars with sea views.

It is in a privileged spot, only 4 minutes walking to the beach, 2 km from the city centre, very well communicated by bus. 10 Km to the airport and there is a stunning long seaside walk for go on foot o by bicycle, for this you find two in the house.(ask for more).

The house has a very cosy warm Mediterranean ambience and décor.

 Ideal for longer stays as the city and all kind of services are just at hand, a    supermarket., health  centre,a gym, and a big park for children, but the same time It is located in a very quiet area.

Bus stop to Palma Center at 50mts

It is very well communicated, you do not need a car if you do not want to.

Comfortable little house, in great location.

We have just returned from a fortnight stay in this property, and we had a lovely time

The house is in a great location, and our grandsons took the opportunity to use the bikes provided to go into Palma, or to the various beaches and attractions in the area.

If you want to go further afield the bus stop is just around the corner, and Palma just a 25min stroll away.

We would definitely return to this property.And would like to thank Mercedes for the ease of booking, and Francisco for being there for us on our early arrival.

Fantastic holiday house in an excellent location!

I travelled here with 5 of my friends for a weeks holiday and we couldn't have been more pleased with the property. Mercedes and her son Francisco were extremely helpful in the booking of the property and were available throughout the holiday for any questions or advice we needed.

The property itself exceeded our expectations in terms of the amenities there and there were added bonuses of beach items (mats, umbrellas etc), alongside the advertised items such as the bikes.

The location is fantastic and is as close to a large supermarket as you can get, without added noise from cars. There are several fantastic beaches within walking distance and there are opportunities to kayak and paddle board. The cycle path that leads straight into Palma is less that 5 minutes away also and the bikes are equipped with locks. We would also recommend the restaurant down the road, and any in the surrounding area as this is a very Spanish area and you don't feel overwhelmed with tourists.

We would recommend this holiday to anyone wishing to relax by the beach, any families or anyone looking to explore Palma town and the island.

Great location for a holiday

We recently stayed for a week in the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house was clean, well equipped with everything that we might need during our stay. The supermarket was just across the road which was really good as well .We hired a car and there was plenty of parking just outside.

Super Ferienwohnung ! Perfekte Lage !

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung sehr genossen ! Sehr gute Ausstattung ! Lage perfekt, mit dem Rad ist man schnell in Palma oder an anderen Stränden. Die Bushaltestelle ist vor der Tür.Der Supermarkt gegenüber hat sich als sehr nützlich erwiesen ! Der Innenhof ist sehr schön und geräumig !!! Auch die Kinder

(8-12 Jahre) waren begeistert, sie hatten immer die Roller dabei. Grosse Wohnung ! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen & kommen bestimmt wieder !

Ok property, in good area.

Just got back from staying here for 2 weeks with my family. The good things about the property were the fact it is in a great area, we know portixol quite well and new this was where we wanted to stay. The supermarket is straight across the road which is very useful. Also the owners provide very good bikes, enough for all the family to use, even one for the kids, and scooters. We have a one year old child and straightaway the owner offered to bring us a seat for the bike for him, which he did the very next day, brand new. However we were disappointed in the property itself, when we arrived I don't think the place had been cleaned at all. Me and my mum had to go over to the supermarket and buy a load of cleaning materials and spent our first morning cleaning. The kitchen utensils are rubbish and no toaster or iron board as stated. The beds were so uncomfortable, all 5 of us ended up with very sore backs. The outside seating also very uncomfortable. Overall the property is in a great area and the bikes were very nice to have to ride along portixol bay. But a very uncomfortable place to stay, we couldn't wait to get home. The apartment was reasonably priced so I guess you get what you pay for.

Owner's Response: I am glad you liked the location of the apartment, it is privileged due to the closeness to the beach, to the wonderful choice of nearby restaurants and night life nearby, the seaside "paseo" and the easy transportation as well as the free bikes available to you. With all this you had all the chances to really enjoy your holidays. I am amazed by your comment about the cleaning as it is always done just before the entry of each client and I know very well the cleaning lady I use has a really high standard. As far as the beds they are brand new as we have totally refurbished the house in order to rent it this year. They are not exceedingly soft as that is not adviced for the health and most our clients have told us they prefear it this way. If there was anything else you had any doubt about or were not fully satisfied you shoud have said when you were there as we always do our 100% to keep our clients satisfied. Once you have lef and are home there is nothing we can do when you leave a negative comment. As you can see our other clients have given us 5 star ratings as they did enjoy thoroughly their holidays with all the opportunities you have in this appartmetn and such a wonderful surroundings and were absolutely satisfied with our service and the house.
