Beautiful, light airy cottage steps away from the ocean. DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS at a pass through in the dune.
Large rocking chair front porch and upper deck overlook the ocean.
All amenities including TV's in all bedrooms and great room. Nice large loft with two single beds. Dining table with seating for 8 and 4 bar stools. Bedrooms- 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Twin sets. All new bedding. Fully equipped kitchen with all small appliances ( Keurig, drip coffee maker, waffle iron, griddle, blenders, etc.) Charleston swinging bed on back porch. Linen service available on request. Gas grill.
Small dogs allowed (with pet fee). Three night minimum except for the months of December, January and February which require 30 day minimum for a rate of $3800 for 30 days and one week minimum during June, July and August. 7 night minimum during June, July and August.

Great family location!

Family Thanksgiving get together in a great family and dog friendly oceanfront house. It was very clean, tidy, nicely furnished and with lots of entertainment options. The host was very accommodating and a great communicator.

Wonderful Get Away!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ocean front views are beautiful and the large back porch with rocking chairs and a large daybed swing were perfect for relaxing and enjoying conversation. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the house comfortable and inviting. We will definitely return!

Location

Property location and spaciousness were the best things about the house. It badly needed new flooring and painting but overall it was a nice house. It didn’t appear clean, maybe because it’s an older house. I would return but some family members weren’t impressed.
