Located on the second floor of a traditional well-kept 1930s building, this apartment, characterized by a lovely vintage atmosphere, is well-equipped and spacious and comes with 3 balconies.

The entrance leads to the living room, bright and furnished with taste, and equipped with a colorful armchair and a retro bookcase that complete the furnishings. The living room gives access to the large eat-in kitchen in shades of forest green and cream, equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining table. A closet adjacent to the kitchen with a small wardrobe allows you to store your luggage, while inside the other external closet on the balcony you will find the washing machine, vacuum cleaner and cleaning products.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, a wardrobe and two practical chests of drawers. The renovated bathroom is very large and comfortable, equipped with both a bathtub and a shower.
