The fourth room, upstairs on the third level, has a twin-over-double bunk bed with a pull-out twin trundle. This upper level also has a kitchenette perfect for making quick snacks, as well as a sitting area with a TV and fantastic gulf views. If you need more space there is a sofabed as well.

Wake up early and be on time for the boat ride when you book your trip on a deep-sea fishing tour. Cast out with the expert guides and bring home a fresh fish for dinner for everyone to enjoy. Take some time to walk the trails and explore the beauty of the Topsail Hill Preserve and paddle through Campbell Lake with a kayak or stand-up paddleboard.

Spend a day basking in the sun on the pristine sands of Dune Allen Beach. Head back to your place to catch some rays poolside while the kids splash and play some games in the pool. Treat everyone to a night out and fresh seafood dinner at the enduring local favorite Goatfeathers Seafood Restaurant. Finish the day with a long stroll on the beach as the sun sets.

Surround yourself with tranquility and chances for fun when you book your next trip to this Florida home, and come make your beachside memories.

Perfect beach home for family gathering

  • 5 of 5

The first thing I noticed was the beachy exterior of the home, the color and grand poarches, which we used often for morning coffee or viewing sunsets. The interior was open and spacious with plenty of room for a family gathering over the Thanksgiving holiday week. The kitchen is adequately furnished with all one needs to entertain. We loved gathering around the pool and fire pit on the awesome back yard deck. The outdoor furniture and umbrellas are top of the line. The pool was not heated and much to cold to swim in. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. We enjoyed walking to Stinky's and having lunch on the porch. The home was clean, well appointed with plenty of linens, blankets and toiletries. Beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is family friendly and quite. We would like to return here next year.

Dirty and still has a bug problem

  • 2 of 5

This house could be amazing. It's a management problem. There are still bugs, we found several every day. Even after calling to report it not one person returned my call or came to spray for bugs. The outside trash can was full when we arrived (and still is with trash stacked around it since no one has picked it up) the dishwasher was full of dishes, a pile of clean towels was left in a bedroom and the upstairs bunk bed pillows were left lying in the floor. There are no instructions about the pool, fire pit or how to unlock the bicycles. This has been a disappointment. I would only rent this house again if it were under new management. Since we found a gal of bug spray I doubt they are having it professionally treated by a pest control company...or there wouldn't still be bugs. We fought the bug problem and enjoyed our trip but I wouldn't recommend this house.

Owner's Response: We are very sorry to see this guest did not have a better stay. We will follow-up with housekeeping regarding our cleanliness standards. Finding dead bugs means the pest treatment is working. We will continue to work on the situation. Thank you!

Perfect, perfect, perfect

  • 5 of 5

Our family had the best time at the house. There was plenty of room for us, our three kids and grandma. The location was great - quiet area and beach but easy to get to outlets, restaurants and everything else you need. We cooked at home several evenings and loved having the grill. We loved being close to the beach and having our own pool. It was a perfect for our family vacation. I also think it would be a great house for a girls get-away weekend. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms and great kitchen/dining/living room area - and don't forget the porches.

Family Vacation

  • 4 of 5

This is such a cute and beautiful home. Very close to the beach and local stores, giving us all easy access to wherever we needed to be. We had 10 adults and 2 toddlers, and the house accommodated perfectly. Our only concern was the actual cleanliness of the home. Everything appeared to look clean, but as we settled we started to notice some things that were not so clean. We ended up just cleaning things ourselves, like the toilet seats, but other items we simply set aside and did not use, like the pillows. Our other main concern was the bug issues. We saw a lot of roaches and spiders which made us uncomfortable. Having those pest in such a beautiful home killed the mood at times, but we did our best to ignore it. Besides that everything else was fine. We would stay in a Vacasa rental again, but would probably want to make sure that it is clean or bug-free.

Owner's Response: We have recently placed a new housekeeping team in charge of this home which should address the cleanliness issues this guest experienced. We have also changed pest control from quarterly to bi-weekly to help with the bugs. Thank you!
