During the SUMMER this home is ideal for an easygoing vacation, with a swimming pool, tennis court and a large lawn for playing outdoor games. The South-facing deck has a grill and table for outdoor dining and overlooks the lawn. There is a light-filled open living room and dining area with high ceilings, and a separate kitchen. Two bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a queen bed and the other has twin beds. The third bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is a quick 10-12 minute drive to Sagg Main Beach and Bridgehampton main street and a 15 minute drive to Sag Harbor and East Hampton. The property is just north of Poxabogue public golf course and driving range. The tennis court is hard surface. A variety of children's and adults bikes are available in the basement. For bookings less than 30 days a mandatory Suffolk County tax of 5.5% will be charged. A minimum rental of 3 weeks is required. Heat and electricity are additional for off-season renters per arrangement with owner. Utilities are included with summer rentals.
