Des conditions idéales en font un lieu de bien-être exceptionnel toute l'année. Ici le climat méditerranéen bénéficie, avec une température soutenue toute l'année, d'un ensoleillement exceptionnel.
La moyenne des températures est de 12 °C en hiver et de 28 °C en été. Si vous ne souhaitez pas utiliser votre véhicule, un tram à moins de 500 mètre de la villa vous conduira, le long du littoral, à Benidorm d'un côté et à Alicante de l'autre (et notamment directement au marché couvert d'Alicante). La villa a été entièrement rénovée en 2012 et possède tous les aménagements intérieurs nécessaires à votre confort. C'est notre ex résidence principale. La terrasse couverte de 30m2 occupe une place de choix : dans le prolongement de la salle à manger, elle surplombe la piscine et l'espace barbecue : il fait bon y manger... et y faire la sieste... Sur le toit nous venons de finaliser une terrasse de 100m2 avec une vue panoramique sur la mer... Dans le jardin il y a des palmiers, cactus, olivier et à l'arrière de la maison c'est, à l'abri du vent, l'espace table de ping-pong et filet de basket !

Spacious and well equipped

We were warmly welcomed and all had a very enjoyable time. The villa was extremely well equipped and furnished. The pool was a lovely luxury with plenty of loungers. Everyone enjoyed the crocodile. We would really recommend this villa for a relaxing holiday.

The best thing about this house is the pool

We loved the pool and spent the majority of our time on the terrace and in and around the pool. As it was August the weather was beautiful. Towels are not included and there is an extra charge to rent the towels from the owners. There is a submerged spiral staircase in the living area and attention needs to be given to small curious children who could be at risk of falling. The air conditioning works very well. The best bedroom is the master bedroom. All kitchen appliances work very well. The beach is 2 minutes walk away, it is a small local beach. There is a nice row of around 5+ restaurants about 10 minutes walk away (some uphill) in the village. They face onto a playground which the children loved and we spent some lovely lively evenings there. We would recommend the SIngapore Garden restaurant. There is a small shop opposite the tram stop which is 10 minutes walk away. The town of El Campello is two stops away and there is a supermarket right beside the station and a taxi rank to bring shopping home cost €8. There is a promenade with a large selection of restaurants and tourist shopping. We also went into the town of Villajoyasa by taxi (€60 return) and had a very nice dinner in El Guiterra restaurant; excellent food and very friendly service.

Beautiful home in great location

We stayed in Corine and Gerard's home from October to December. It is in a fantastic, quiet, location with views to the Mediterranean and only a short walk to the beach. The house is perfect for relaxing with a great pool and bbq area. It is fully equipped and has everything required for an enjoyable stay.

It is also a great spot from which to explore the Costa Blanca and hinterland.

We have no hesitation in recommending their home for anyone looking for a relaxed stay in comfortable surroundings.

Great house with a wonderful pool

Great house with a lot of space. Beatiful garden with a really nice pool and alot of sunbeds. AC in every room and an outside barbecue.

The beaches near the house isn´t the best but that´s not the houses fault.

Mooie tuin maar verder van slechte kwaliteit

Het huis zou voor 10 personen zijn, maar dat is echt niet zo. Zo staan er maar 4 ligbedjes buiten (en 1 kapotte), kleine eettafel en een slaapkamer beneden in een kelder waar je met een 1-meter trapje moet komen, doodeng gevoel daar beneden. Daarnaast ook erg gevaarlijk voor oa kleine kinderen, want trapje is vanuit een gat in de vloer van de woonkamer.

Twee andere matrassen waren zo slecht dat de veren in je rug steken, ander bed is echt te smal voor 2 personen.

Regelmatig koude douches.

We wilden de tafel en bankjes buiten in de zon schuiven, maar bleken zo rot dat de helft uit elkaar viel.

Owner's Response: Parlons nous bien de la même villa! (ou est-ce une question de vocabulaire?) nous n'avons ni une échelle ni quoi que ce soit d'effrayant. Le "trou dans le plancher" est la descente d'un escalier en colimaçon. Quand à la dimension des lits 90X190 et 140X190 ils sont tout à fait standard. Vous nommez cave, une chambre avec douche, wc et fenêtres le tout de plein pied. Nous aimons à prendre en compte les commentaires de chaque hôte après leur passage afin d’apporter des améliorations mais comment prendre en compte vos commentaires lorsqu’ils sont aussi loin de la réalité et n’expriment que du mécontentement Nous sommes déçus de constater un décalage monumental entre votre appréciation et celle des autres voyageurs que nous recevons avec bonheur depuis quatre ans.
