3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with view to the La Gola Park and close to the beach.

Volanti and Gambi are a new development of 15 magnificent apartments, built in a large plot sharing two pool areas and landscaped gardens, next to the nature park, La Gola. All the apartments have splendid clear views to the nature area and are just 200 metres from the best beach in Puerto Pollensa. All the properties have access to extensive community gardens with sunbathing terraces, modern swimming pools and direct access to La Gola Park, protected because of its wide range of birdlife, making the location unique. As ever with Riusech developments, the floor spaces of these exclusive apartments are extensive at between 104-114 m2, along with terrace areas of 17 m2. Excellent apartment

Booking process was easy all emails answered very promptly,the aparment is fantastic very big spotlessly clean with a huge balcony .the swimming pool was very nice and clean .top location 2minutes from the beach, supermarket easy walk through the nature reserve all in all an excellent place to stay

Fantastic apartment and location

Fabulous holiday. Only improvement I can suggest are some door hooks on the backs of the bedroom and bathroom doors and a couple of full length mirrors. Will definitely be returning. Excellent service from the manager with regard to any queries.

This is our second visit, fantastic location

This fantastic modern apartment overlooks the nature reserve within an easy walking distance of all the bars and restaurants. Good fast wifi which was essential with 2 teenage sons.

A holiday to remember

I think the best thing that I can say about our stay in Gambi is that we will definitely go back again... That might not sound so great but if you take into account we never go to the same place twice then you realise what high praise it is!

Go there and enjoy it all for yourself, you'll love it.... we did!

Perfect Holiday

We had such a fantastic holiday at Gambi. The apartment was spotlessly clean and impeccably furnished. The quality of the equipment and furnishings were really impressive.

We stayed in the penthouse so had use of the roof terrace which was amazing, with great views over the nature reserve. We were a family of 6 and never once did the apartment feel overcrowded.

I would recommend this place 110% and would go as far to say that this was one of the best quality apartments that we have ever stayed at.

The location was perfect with just a 5 minute walk to the beach, 10m walk to the supermarket (through the nature reserve) and a stones throw to a great selection of restaurants and cocktail bars.

My son had sailing lessons on the beach which he was able to walk to. We also took a SUP tour (stand up paddling) close to Alcudia, which was about a 20 minute drive away (they did offer a pick up service as well, so you don't necessarily need to have the use of a car) - which was such a fun way to spend a morning.

You won't be disappointed with Gambi. An ideal place to holiday.

Puerto Pollensa is a small town in north-eastern Mallorca, situated on the Bay of Pollensa. It is located about six kilometres east of the inland town of Pollensa.

To the south there is a large, older urbanization called El Pinaret. This area is mainly flats, smaller hotels and private homes and has slowly developed over the years. The beach in this area is family friendly, with a gentle grade into the sea, water sports and a wide promenade suitable for walking and cycling.
