We welcome you in a cottage in the heart of Alsace in Colmar. Ideally located in the epicenter of the wine route, the medieval city of Colmar will excite you with its authentic aspects, colorful, and unique in France.

We offer in the historic center, a light house, quiet and not overlooked with beautiful views of the Dominican church and the cathedral.

The duplex apartment measures 90 m²: 3 bedrooms for 6-8 persons, fully equipped kitchen, 3rd floor without elevator in a house of 19 century. Just renovated. With secure parking.

Situations:

Unterlinden museum, library, tourist office, cinemas, cathedral, "Little Venice", theater, indoor market ...

A 15 minute walk from the station with many bus lines, 45 minutes of the first ski resorts, 20 minutes of golf Ammerschwhir, 45 minutes from Strasbourg from Germany and Switzerland.

4-room apartment fully renovated 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet, another separate toilet, 1 kitchen 'Schmidt' (please !! ;-))) Fully equipped, and large living room. Central heating.

Kitchen: 1 kitchen "Schmidt" with appliances: 1 fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, 1 hood, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 1 oven, 1 table and 4 chairs, 1 coffee, 1 espresso machine, 1 Kettle, 1 toaster, 1 mixer, 1 juicer, tea towels and cleaning products provided.

Lounge: with 2 sofa bed, a large table and six chairs, two wicker ottomans, one led screen, mini chain, DVD player with USB input, high-speed Internet WIFI connection or Ethernet cable.

Miscellaneous: vacuum cleaner, cot, high chair and baby bath, safety barrier, plug adapter, board games, DVD for the whole family.

Sheets, towels, tea towels, cleaning products provided.

Good location, spacious, clean.

Located just at the edge of the historic district in Colmar makes it accessible to many of the best things to see and do without being right in the thick of the tourist area. It is close to the Monoprix for groceries (2 minutes away) and a couple of bakeries for your morning bread. It is about a 15 minute walk to the train station. There was a good clothes washer in the bathroom, and it was so hot when we were there that the clothes dried very quickly on the drying rack provided. There were 4 of us in the apartment which was spacious enough. The apartment was a 3 bedroom and could sleep 7 but the kitchen would have been very cramped. The parking garage was a bit challenging. The instructions were not clear but basically the only way to access the parking spot was to go down the exit ramp on the left (ignore the arrows on the pavement). If you go down the ramp you would normally expect to enter a parking structure you're in a maze of parking rows that have been turned into garages with no where to easily turn around. One level does not connect with the next level. Once we understood this, it was not a problem. This parking fee is non-negotiable even if you don't have a car (we only rented a car for one day). The parking fee also includes the cleaning fee and wifi (good signal!) but this should be made clear on the apartment description. There is a hefty damage deposit and once pay pal fees are included on both the deposit and then on the refund you are losing some money. The day we left we made it clear that we had to be out of the apartment by 0830h to catch a train. We repeated this to the owner several times. Maybe there was a language issue. By 0845h we just left the keys on the table and walked out. The owner showed up at 1000h so I would make sure that you are very clear on the checkout details. We got our damage deposit back no problem, plus we had taken photos of the place before we left to prove that we had left it clean and in good order.

Stilvolle Wohnung direkt in der Innenstadt

Die Wohnung optimal um die Stadt zu erkunden. Man ist direkt in der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll - zum wohlfühlen eingerichtet. Es steht 1 Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage zur Verfügung.

Excellent séjour

Toute la petite famille a apprécié ce joli appartement, spacieux, décoré et arrangé avec goût. Pas besoin de voiture, nous sommes près des commerces et le plus à Noël, nous avons la chance d'être près des marchés... C'est féerique ! Les propriétaires sont très intentionnés et très accueillants. Vraiment tout était parfait.

Merci à Sandrine et Grégory, nous avons passé un Noël très agréable.

Appartement classe et très bien situé

L'appartement est vraiment grand et meublé avec goût, très lumineux aussi, et la vue vaut le détour. Il est très bien situé, à la fois par rapport aux sites touristiques de la ville et aux commerces. L'accueil est chaleureux, ce qui compte aussi. J'ai loué deux fois cette année, et j'ai déjà réservé pour 2014. Excellente découverte !

Appartement très bien situé à Colmar

L'appartement est très bien placé dans le centre de Colmar. Il est tout près de l'animation du vieux Colmar (restaurant, magasins, cinémas, etc.) tout en étant très calme. La description de l'annonce est tout à fait fidèle à la réalité. Les visites en dehors de la ville sont également faciles à réaliser. Accueil très sympathique. Famille de 5 personnes venant de Paris avec 3 enfants.
