This is a private holiday home with remote setting close to the village for those wanting to stay in a luxury house, experience the beauty of the Italian countryside, while being able to visit Rome, only 30 minutes drive away. A beautiful Roman property located in Trevignano Romano at lake Bracciano. The spacious villa sleeps up to 16 adults. It is surrounded by breathtaking views over Lago Bracciano and the Italian countryside.

The villa is beautifully decorated with a relaxed modern Italian, Scandinavian and Ethic style. The house has an 2 oversized cosy lounge area with books and fireplace, perfect for entertaining friends and family. The open kitchen are modern and fully equipped. Outside the property benefits from several pergolas, patios and roofed dining areas. Guests have access to a private swimming pool which takes full advantage of the delightful view. The pool is heated by solar panels and always reach day temperature. The villa has 8 big bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and two outdoor showers. A terrace is connected to all the bedrooms. All with a magnificent view over the lake and the hills.

Villa Nova is an extremely special villa offering a fantastic energy, privacy, style, tranquillity and is very child friendly. Morning service" is included, our maid will do the breakfast grocery upon your preferences, prepare the buffet, tidy up the kitchen an clean the bathrooms (zinks and wc). App 4 hours a day. You pay grocery on site.

Idyllic house in a beautiful setting

Our family loved all tehf acilities and the imternal fititngs etc in teh hosue We found the house to be exceptional in every aspect apart form the swimming pool which was too small for the whole family to properly enjoy together Everything else was fabulous and Ika and Mario were on site whenever we needed them and were very helpful and unobtrusive Thnaks so much Stina Love your homer !

Familie fra Norge, 15 voksne og ungdommer + 2 baby, perfekt sted for storfamilien! Stedet kan anbefales på det varmeste! Lett tilgjengelig bare 60 km fra flyplass Roma (Fuimicino) Handle mat 15/20 minutter unna (med bil) f. eks i Treviano eller Angulliera. VillaNova har alle faciliteter, vi kommer gjerne tilbake🥰

Really lovely villa, very well equipped, spacious and lovely grounds

Our party was 15 people at its maximum and we were not crowded at all. The villa is very spacious and very well equipped; bedrooms are generously sized, plenty of bathrooms and lovely living areas. Kitchens are well equipped with all you could need. Gardens are well maintained, large and with a nice view of the lake. My only slight disappointment was that the pool is quite small and set in the corner of the grounds, well away from the villa itself, but that was only a minor issue. The drive from Rome airport is easy and took less than an hour. A maid and a chef are also available to arrange breakfast (the maid) and/or to cook dinner; we used them and they were lovely and also cooked us 2 fabulous dinners. I would thoroughly recommend the villa and might well go there again.

Great villa in a peaceful setting

We had a lovely week at Villa Nova in August. The villa is very well maintained and spacious. The views are lovely and the setting is remote yet only 10 mins from the local town which provides a very relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stylish, spacious villa for large groups

A real villa: thoughtful, roomy & stylish. Not a rustic restoration of a dusty dark Italian farmhouse but a bright, livable, welcoming home. An abundance of rooms and restful outside spaces allowed for a large family group to enjoy a holiday together but with ideal separation and space to relax. Close to great amenities of the nearby lake-shore towns and restaurants - and of course convenient for Rome's shops and sights. Owner Stina was enormously welcoming and helpful with hints and tips about how to enjoy the house and surrounding area. A Stina-recommended Chef and helpful housemaid made the holiday even more pleasurable with great family feasts and breakfast services. Website photo's and descriptions are very accurate - but worth adding that the house has a lived-in feel and so not 'too stylish' or austere. Kids were never out of the pool or off the trampoline! Restaurant L'aqua dell Donne is especially commendable.

I find it a very comfortable house with lots of areas to socialize and to rest. I love to spend my days in the beautiful garden. My lunches I take in one of the very nice restaurants.
