15 South Pallant - a town house that sleeps 5 guests in 3 bedrooms

15 South Pallant is set at the core of historic Chichester, boasting views of the spire belonging to Chichester's famous Cathedral. This character town house has been sympathetically modernised with tasteful decor and fittings while retaining practical accommodation.

Fashionably laid out over three floors, the living area benefits from first floor views and French doors that lead you out onto a balcony overlooking the rooftops of Chichester the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a bottle of wine in the summer or perhaps a mug of hot chocolate in the winter. Next to the comfortable sitting area is a welcoming kitchen/dining area. The Kitchen has a family sized dining table and comes fully equipped with oven microwave, toaster and dishwasher.

The house can sleep five people. The spacious main bedroom is on the second floor, along with the twin bedroom (pull out bed). In-between the two is a well equipped family bathroom with a shower over the bath. The third bedroom is on the ground floor. This single bedroom has a seating area which leads to a small enclosed private courtyard. For convenience, there is also a ground floor shower and cloak room. A washer/drier can be found in the cupboard behind the front door. Being an old house, the stairs at 15 South Pallant are quite steep and narrow, so this may not be ideal for anyone with restricted mobility.

A great location and house, though steep stairs to living and bedrooms would make it unsuitable for some. Lack of parking offset by being close to public parking, although constantly having to pay meter a pain.



Nice kitchen, living room and terrace layout on second floor, very clean and the letting agent very responsive 24/7.

Rundrum gelungener Aufenthalt

Zentral gelegen, nett eingerichtet, alles vorhanden - was will man mehr. Durch die zwei Zusatzbetten lassen sich bis zu 6 Personen unterbringen, was mit 2 Bädern und dem großen Wohn-Küchen-Raum gut passt.

Problematisch ist das Parken des Autos! Der nahegelegene Platz ist sehr teuer. Wir haben den Wagen dann ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt in das Langzeitparkhaus am Bahnhof gestellt, das ist wesentlich günstiger und das Auto steht mehr "geschützt".
