We recently managed this family property, and we have dedicated a lot of effort to renovate it and adapt it to the new needs of today's tourism.

This accommodation is the enclave of an old flour mill that we rehabilitated initially in 1992 for 12 people and later in 2016 there was an improvement in the exteriors and we included a small apartment for 4 people.

It is the place where my 5 brothers and their respective families usually meet to celebrate the baptisms, communions and other family events.

Life like a landlord, mor than a millar

Can it be more beautiful? Completely safe for the small, completely relaxing for the grown ups. Cordoba, Caminita del Rey and Subbetica on driving distance. Mysterious mists over the mountains, wine and nice gifts brought in by the owner. Where is that fairy tale like reality? In El Molino. In quiet surroundings you feel like a landlord, more than a millar.

Inmejorable finca

El pasado día 8 de Julio celebramos en esta finca nuestras bodas de plata. El decorado natural potenció la decoración propia de la celebracion. De la casa sólo puedo decir que nunca he estado en una casa rural tan acondicionada en todos los aspectos. Yo que siempre voy con mi kit de cocina, esta vez no me ha servido de nada porque sencillamente hay de todo. Otra gran ventaja es el agua que circula por los arroyos generando sensación de paz y tranquilidad. Su gran piscina y el jacuzzi son también grandes joyas de esta finca. No puedo dejar de comentar que en plena ola de calor, en los salones de la casa a veces había que echarse una sábana para echar la siesta. Por último agradecer al propietario su amabilidad y disposición que ha hecho de la estancia en esta finca un recuerdo inolvidable.

Des vacances excpetionnelles

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances au Molino de las Palomas. La maison est immense avec 5 chambres, deux cuisines, 3 salles de bain. Mais le mieux ce sont les extérieurs. Les deux terrasses sont superbes, au frais sous les grands arbres. La propriété est traversée par deux ruisseaux, ce qui apporte encore un peu plus de fraîcheur, non-négligeable dans cette région de l’Espagne. Les paysages et les villages alentours nous ont ravis. Ils se prêtent très bien à de petites ballades en soirée, à la fraîche. Et grace à l’autoroute, Cordoue est désormais à moins d'une heure de la maison.

Enfin, et c'est surement le plus important, Ele nous a réservé me meilleur accueil. Il est venu nous cuisiner la paella al andalous et ce fut un régal. Dès que nous avons eu besoin de lui, il s'est montré disponible et à l'écoute. Je recommande !!!

Perfect villa for relaxation

After driving a curvy gravel road you arrive at the gates of the villa. The house, swimming pool, jacuzzi, the furniture: everything is in perfect state. We were with just the two of us and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much! For groceries, dinner and more there is a nice town nearby, Priego de Cordoba. It is 20 minutes drive from the villa.

ANTES DE RESERVAR TENGA EN CUENTA:

Del 23 de junio al al 10 de septiembre de 2018 la estancia mínima será de 7 días.

En caso de alquilar 2 días entre semana, se cobrará uno de ellos como si fuera fin de semana.

Temporada de piscina de 1 mayo a 1 de Octubre.

Tenga muy en cuenta que las reservas de 5 a 12 personas, salvo pacto en contrario, ocuparán sólo la unidad más grande con una capacidad total de 12+2 plazas. Permanecerá cerrada la unidad más pequeña y los dormitorios que no sean necesarios en función de la ocupación contratada para su reserva o para las necesidades que nos hayan comunicado previamente a su llegada. En este caso, podríamos alquilar la unidad más pequeña salvo que nos hayan comunicado previamente que quieren estar sólos, por ende aumentaría el precio en 180 € para una estancia de 2 noches, o 270 € para una estancia de 3 a 7 noches, o 500 € para estancias de 8 a 14 noches.

Para reservas de 4+2 plazas, se habilitará la unidad más pequeña. Podremos por tanto alquilar la unidad mayor al completo, salvo que nos hayan comunicado previamente que quieren estar sólos, por ende aumentaría el precio en 150 € para una estancia de 2 noches, o 200 € para una estancia de 3 a 7 noches, o 350 € para estancias de 8 a 14 noches.
Para reservas de 13 plazas en adelante se habilitarán las dos unidades. Permanecerán cerrados los dormitorios de la unidad mayor que no sean necesarios en función de la ocupación contratada para su reserva o para las necesidades que nos hayan comunicado previamente a su llegada.
En cualquiera de los casos el uso del jacuzzi es opcional y no está incluido en el coste. Tiene un precio mínimo de 50 € por estancia o 15 €/ noche, y deberá ser abonado a la llegada. Deberán comunicarnos que quieren usarlo 2 días antes de la llegada.
